WE WERE TOGETHER IN HARMONY

Weird.
Everything's bright.

Where is the darkness?
Everyone's gone.
Raining outdoors.
Earning more respect.

The time is now.
Only can it happen now.
Get your body here.
Every second matters.
Together, we are.
Here is the bed.
Elevate me to a new surrounding.
Ring on your finger in the future.

I love you so.
Never to regret a single thing.

Here you lie.
As pretty as ever.
Rows will never happen.
My senses tell me.
Only you, my darling.
Never to turn the cheek.
You.

Weird.
Everything's bright.

This opening sounds like an alien talking. XD

Where is the darkness?
Everyone's gone.
Raining outdoors.
Earning more respect.

Morning respect? I like the ambience of this stanza, but I need to work out the meaning of it in my head. XD Because I'm not entirely sure.

The time is now.
Only can it happen now.
Get your body here.
Every second matters.
Together, we are.
Here is the bed.
Elevate me to a new surrounding.
Ring on your finger in the future.

So, this is very immediate, this is also very commanding of the other person being told what to do. The bed? What? So this is another work about sex? And the person only wants to get married in the future? This is clearly a non-conventional relationship. Well, at least, non-traditional.

I love you so.
Never to regret a single thing.

These lines are very hopeful. :)

Here you lie.
As pretty as ever.

You.

I feel this person is secretly sexually motivated and there is something creepy about this work and the person narrating it. Hmmm. I think they could be quite secretly aggressive. O.o Hmm. Very creepy indeed. Somewhat silently horrific. :)

Pain is filtered in a poem so that it becomes finally, in the end, pleasure.
