Your comment was posted, but it wasn’t long enough to count as a review. Reviews need about four complete sentences (at least 250 characters). Try writing another review that explains your thoughts in more detail — the author will appreciate it, and you’ll earn points for it.
This is quite interesting. The thought-pattern is curious. I will admit its good you didn't name your friend, though. Ha. That could've been bad...and that was a totally random thought.

Anyway, I'll do my edits, now. Feel free to take them with a grain of salt. Some of it is just my 'style' after all.

Two hands--searching in the dark.
Lost--
Lost--
Found.
There, in the black hole of your mind,
Stars have made their way to your eyes,
Where they dance in circles, round and round,
And disregard your head when it pounds.
I've found you many times before:
Broken, bleeding, naked thoughts on the floor,
Loathing the music of the curtains as they billow,
Or laying lacerated dreams on your pillow.
Constellations churn past your window, my dear.
It's so lucky that you have me here,
I've ten fingers to brush away the close-at-hand,
And quiet, ethereal wonderings you aren't able to stand.

There's a few more things, the "third" stanza is a bit confusing and the fourth is a bit "off" (for lack of a better word), but I don't know what to do with them. I suggest making it more clear about what you are talking about. Poetry can be vague, but it should make "sense" in its own right. Of course, maybe it just didn't resound right with me.
Anyway, I did like it, even if I didn't quite get it. So...keep on writing and good luck.
I really like this poem, it is really good. I like the feeling and emotion that you put into it.
