Spoiler! :
Again, I have to write a poem for language arts and... So... Here it is.. I guess. :)

Autumn
Lifting me off the ground,
with the colorful leaves of the
nostalgic trees.
Autumn is my home.

Though some may like spring,
with the world awakening,
and the weather warming.
Autumn is my home.

Though some may like summer,
with the world all alive
and the hot, sunny days.
Autumn is my home.

Though some may like winter,
with the ground sparkling,
and white flakes fluttering.
Autumn is my home.

I yearn for the crisp leaves
underneath my feet;
as I step through the forest
like a delicate deer.
Autumn is my home.

Hi I am here as requested! I'm not too good at critiquing poetry as I said but I can tell you what I think.

I like the repetition of autumn is my home and though some may like because it gives the poem a complete feeling. The flow isn't particularly outstanding but it is good just the same. I think you could add a line or two more two each stanza, to give a complete and original view on the seasons, however that is not necessary. My biggest suggestion is to add a bit more on autumn and why you love it, perhaps what about it contrasts all the other seasons. I like this a lot, however, and I feel that you will do well in school. Just make it more about autumn since that is the central focus.

Aw, this is cute and pretty. I like "Autumn is my home" at the end of each stanza. Autumn is my second favorite season, (I love spring). One thing I've noticed: you've left out winter! Poor winter can't be ignored! He needs to be in there somewhere...

It was good. Again, you've done a great job. I'm starting to really like your poetry. I personally like summer best, but now I'm not so sure, you might have convinced me otherwise.
Some punctuation you could change:

Lifting me off the ground,
with the colorful leaves of the
nostalgic trees.

Something that seemed unusual. Why only 3 lines in the first stanza?

Though some may like spring,
with the world awakening,
and the weather warming.
Autumn is my home.

Though some may like summer,
with the world all alive
and the hot, sunny days.
Autumn is my home.

I yearn for the crisp leaves
underneath my feet;
as I step through the forest
like a delicate deer.

Great Job, I absolutely enjoyed it. Keep Writing!

First off, I'd like to say that this poem is written wonderfully for those who like nature scenes. It really is Brilliant! For me though, I guess, I like more of mystery, but I have full confidence your Language teacher will adore it! It reminds me of my favorite poet, Robert Frost. Brilliant work!
