In response to @ZLYF 's earlier comment, I'd tell you where I got it only I don't know. I got it at a shop for gently used clothes

And aawwww dang I forgot to turn the collar up in the picture. I know it sounds so cliché, but doing that actually does help keep the wind off your neck. It also looks cool. I do it all the time, I almost never have the collar turned down. Rotten luck that I forgot to do it this morning.
