Your comment was posted, but it wasn’t long enough to count as a review. Reviews need about four complete sentences (at least 250 characters). Try writing another review that explains your thoughts in more detail — the author will appreciate it, and you’ll earn points for it.
Ouch. The rather common-yet-misspelled word right there in the first line makes me as a reader rather leery of your writing abilities as a poet. Especially since such a misspelling would be caught by any simple spelling checker. Proofreading before posting is one of those things that you really, really, really should do all the time. It shows that you really, truly care about your writing, which makes your readers more incline to care about your writing, too.
This line doesn't make much sense. Who carried on? And why is the carrying on relevant?
The punctuation in this line needs a lot of work. I'm not sure what exactly you were trying to say with this line because the punctuation confuses the meaning so much.
And here's another line that doesn't make much sense. I'm noticing a trend...
First things first, as I said before, proofread before you post. The more mistakes that are present in a piece, the less happy your readers are, and the less likely they are to want to care about whatever it was that you wrote.
Next, there's more to poetry than just taking a piece of prose and breaking it up into lines. As it stands, the line breaks weren't particularly well-placed for a poem, and they don't enhance the meaning of any part of the poem in particular, except maybe the very last line. Where you start and end a line puts emphasis on the word starting or ending the line, and those subtle emphases, when used well, can really add a whole new dimension of meaning to a poem.
This poem completely lacks that dimension.
I'd highly recommend you play around more with the line breaks in this piece. Right now, they're boring and not particularly meaningful, and they add nothing to this piece.
