Every day, he watched Perdita dig a hole out in the garden. Thorne called out to her, asking her why she was doing it, but she never answered.
She always looked like she was deep in concentration and worry whenever she dug. Thorne tried to talk to her about it, to calm her down, but she was silent on the matter.
He worried about what she could be doing and why, he wondered what it all meant…Thorne wouldn’t talk about it. Maybe it was nothing to worry about. Maybe she just wanted to grow more flowers.
He saw her carving something made of wood. Probably a post for flowers to grow? It looked pointed on both ends, like a stake, but…no. They were vampires and she was happy to be one.
Thorne wished that she’d accept his help. He tried digging with her, only for her to shoo him away. It’d be a lot easier if it did.
Perhaps it was a surprise. He’d wait and see.

Morning!

Oh my… the story from Thorn’s perspective. We all know why she digs that hole but I am curious if he knew too…
“ and she was happy to be one.” Oh poor boy. Also she lied to him all the time and he didn’t notice or didn’t care enough to notice ☹
But she also didn’t want him to help… no wonder he was so so confused.
Still a bit too simple for me but I liked hearing Thorn’s thoughts. He really, really was completely unprepared huh?

Hi hi!!! Elias is here for a REVIEW!!
This is short but sweet, and ELI LOVES IT.
It's like a um... whatever the word is.. I'm struggling here hold up... *goes to google to search for word
AHH GOT IT IT'S LIKE A FABLE or an anecdote.
Please excuse Eli's lack of vocabulary.
Anyway, I love it. It seems like something that would be in Aesop's fables that I read as a kid.
I find it almost relatable, how Thorne is wishing that Perdita would accept his help but she is just brushing him off. It reminds me of real life experiences.
When I payed more attention to it, I realized a deeper meaning that I am just extracting, tell me if I'm wrong but, I THINK that Perdita is displaying suicidal tendencies? Like this line
Like if she was digging a hole, and making a stake, she might have been planning to kill herself? I don't know, I might just be crazy.
It's also how she's deep in concentration and stuff, like she's trying to not pay any attention to anything else.
Anyway, Eli thinks this is really good, keep up the good work, but Eli has to know, is his interpretation correct?
Thanks,
--Eli, the confusing third person drama king
You're right, that is what she's doing.
I am glad you enjoyed reading this. ^v^
I KNEW IT anyway Eli thinks it's amazing and you should keep up the good work ^^
Thx!
