*This poem is underneath my folder titled “Marble Hornets fanfics”. Gacha Club character designs are under my forum titled “My character designs<33[2]”. The person narrating the poem is Tim Wright, a character from the YouTube horror series “Marble Hornets”. Tim’s boyfriend, in this poem, is Jay Merrick (my profile photo and another Marble Hornets character). They are not actually dating in the show, but I ship them. The words “Everything is normal, everything is fine, I worry about nothing, cause’s nothing’s on my mind” were already in a Marble Hornets video, but I used those words to add to the poem and the character.. Everything is normal.
I’m hanging onto the last threads of my sanity. Whatever that is, anyway. If I get rid of it, I’ll be okay.
Everything is fine.
What do I have to lose? It can’t break me more than it already has. I’m more than what it made me out to be.
I worry about nothing.
It really thinks it can just take away my friends? My boyfriend? Those who care about me? It really thinks it can just take them away and I’d give up? It really thinks it can burn my house down and I’d stop? No. This ends now.
Cause nothing’s on my mind.
I never wanted it to come back. I hoped for so long that the pills would let me live the life that I want, the life that I deserve. But it seems that demons never truly die, so they? Well…
I have two choices.
Kill her
Or
Finish the job
I’ve stopped at a crossroads. One or the other. Both lead to a pain that will make this burden no easier to bear, but I think that when it comes down to it, I know what I want.
No more masks.
Face it head on.
Make it pay.
I might die
Or worse
Live in agony
But
Nobody is going to face what I have
No one will go through what I have
I’ll make sure nobody else has to live this life of mine
Till the day I die
And when I do
I’ll finally mean it when I say:

First of all, I really like how the poem looks, how you play with text alignment and formatting 😊
I like that the italics part can be read all by itself and tell its own story! Like a thread that runs parallel to the non-italic part! And that it kinda feels like the narrator is in denial and that denial is expressed in those italics.

Hiya, Creeper!! Rav back with a review for this next part of your Marble Hornets series!
To start, I'm glad we're sticking to Tim's story, and this one REALLY hits hard! I love the way this is written, almost like we're getting a glimpse into Tim's scattered thoughts and emotions in his lowest moment, it just feels that raw—yet at the same time, so poetic!
No complaints, so let's move straight into highlights!!
Ooo, that is a POWERFUL line!! First, that question of "what do I have to lose?" just immediately speaks to how much this poor guy has given up, and all he's had to live through. But then the followup, "I'm more than this," is just so defiant in spite of that! Love the vibes ~
The slow buildup here, both the way it's written with these snappy lines and big spaces, and just the essence of the words, it so cool. Gave me a bit of goosebumps, ngl!!
And to top it off, this moment of selflessness! It's not just about him, about his personal revenge (which is already pretty dang valid at this point), but hopefully saving others before they have to live his personal heck. Love it!
