I am a lazy person,
refusing to clean my room
when clothes are piled into heaps
on the dirty floor.
My mother will scream at me,
"The dishes were not cleaned last night,"
she says, "get your lazy ass up and do them."
After hours of procrastination, I do.
Then it's back to my bed to devour salty chips,
occasionally pausing for the bathroom.
And when my bladder is empty,
I return to my den to eat crumbs out of my bra.

Oh my goodness. I was sitting at the kitchen table reading this and my mom went to grab my laptop and I slammed it shut and ran to my room.
Anyways, I can totally relate to this entire poem, although my room isn't messy. (My mom threatens to tell my father it's a mess.)
I literally got grounded last month for a week for not doing the dishes even after my mom asked and yelled.
This poem is hilarious. And although not everyone else in the community can relate to it, it's still something funny to read to make their day, this poem sure did make my day.
Keep writing funny stuff like this, I can't get enough of it!

Thanks!
Okay this was absolutely funny.
I have that issue everyday. (I have huge breasts, so it is impossible to not have it happen.)
My question is, why? What inspired you to write this? Why did you describe the room. The dirty clothes and messes described.
Also, if my mum screams at me to do the dishes, I don't have hours of procrastination, only moments.
I loved this poem though. It was absolutely hilarious. Thank you for sharing it with me, and the rest of the community.
