when the clock tower strikes ten, we'll prowl the lands of Kemet,
fierce as wolves; hungry for revenge, eyes glinting with
knowledge of a hundredfold, eyes as deadly as daggers
when the clock tower strikes ten, we'll plunge into an unfamiliar land of ash and dust
the desperation for survival coursing in our veins
after all, are we not remnants of ash and dust ourselves?

This is a very effective poem. I love it! I liked it up above ^. I only have one comment and then I shall positively compliment you for the rest of the review.
One's veins should probably be our veins instead. It just sounds better and makes more sense with what you've been saying.
But awesome concept of a poem! And great use of vocab, I was very impressed. Keep writing!
Well then

This was full of powerful(and creepy) words and feelings.
"Eyes as deadly as daggers"
I thought that was well done in the word choice category.
I'll admit, I'm not quite sure what this is about but I liked it anyways.
It seems very dramatic and full of emotion.
That's really all I can say . . .
Very well done, you successfully dumb -founded me
<gez>
there is a very strong feeling here...
seem to be that survival is far at hand...
so captivating, deep and gray...
there is unity of thought from beginning to end...
"prowl, fierce, revenge, glinting, deadly, plunge, coursing"
smart choice of words...
This is fantastic. It's short, but still great. I love it. The words were great and awesome. I love the fact that you ended your poem with a question. I have never done that before. The "fierce as wolves" is a good simile you've used. Great choice. I love it overall because of the deep phrases that gave the vibe and in addition, I felt the emotion of your poem. Fantastic! Keep up the great work!
Jack here for a review.
First of all this flowed really well and each world was placed extremely well.
To correct me I'm not great with poetry, but not once did you use a full stop, is that right, I don't really know. Maybe add a few full stops.
I loved the last line, I couldn't help but think of children of a dust, it was such a great ending!
I really want to know what this have to do with, is it like a prologue to a book or short story, because I think it will be great. Please tell me if you plan to do that.
Anyway there isn't really anything I can fix, great job on the poem, I liked it a lot.
Jack
It's just a poem I came up with. However, it would be a good book. I'll consider for sure.
You really should, it would be epic!!
I might add it in into what I'm already writing or making something completely new out of it.
