It's getting to be that time of year again! Since apparently the world will end next week, I figured we might as well look back at those good times and give shout-outs to our fellow buddies.

In the words of Nate:

I'm not sure if there's any point in writing this. The world is going to end, apparently. Apocalypse and all that.


So this year has been... an okay year. It's been tough in a lot of places with maybe a few peaks here and there in a deep pit, but YWS is what kept me from ending up in a chasm.

I've been here a year and a half and what can I say? <3 YWS has been a safe haven for me on the internet when times have been hard and a place to laugh when times have been good. I'm so happy to have found this website. Here's to another year!

Some shout outs in no particular order:
Even though this is a little cliched, I'd like to thank Nate. I think it'd be against YWS law if you weren't mentioned. Thank you for creating this website, maintaining it and everything. I'm loving how Apollo is coming along!

The Mod squad and admins, thanks for helping to maintain the site and keeping it alive. Where would YWS be without you?

Cadi - for everything! I think we began to really talk at the end of last year/very beginning of this year and I'm glad that we did! You've been a great friend and I've loved chatting with you on everything. :3

YWS, I've been around for about a year and a half or so now. Though I've been missing for a little while. Not the site's fault by any means! I've experienced nothing but fun and learning and friendship in this happy ol' place, and that's the reason I intend to stick around.

I haven't reviewed much, and I haven't submitted much either, but that's what I intend to fix in 2013. I'll do my best to be a much more active member of the community.

I also owe the community exactly one group drawing. I fully intend to make good on that. ;_; I just need to get out of my rut!

Hi, YWS.

I missed you for most of the year. Now I'm back and it feels so good. In a lot of ways this has been the most monumental years of my life, and I'm happy to have you at my side.
