This is really good, well structured. Although I am a bit confused about the title as there is not much reference to it in the song...
However, your rhythm is also pretty good, which is very key in writing a successful song, and the chorus is really catchy.

The fact that you ended this with her asking for the song was pretty cool, I thought. I can see why she would like this, it's very nice, I wish I could hear it. When you say she is a loudmouth but she's quiet, I know that you're trying to say something but for some reason I can't read into it, but I liked that line the most. It took me until the middle of the lyrics to realize why you called this song Rocker, maybe you should explain a little more about how she's a "Rocker", besides that this was pretty good.
