*This story is underneath my folder titled “Adventures of Poppy and others”. Gacha Club character designs are under this forum: https://www.youngwriterssociety.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=116005&start=1260. I do plan to write a bigger story for Olivia in the future. Anyway, enjoy!*
She never thought that Poppy would do the same.
She remembered running away from her family when she was her age.
But that was because they didn't understand or want her. Running away was the only option for Olivia.
Now, Olivia only had her husband, Alejandro and her two other kids, Jessica and Ash. All of her children were sirens, but none of them knew and for good reason. She didn’t want them to feel hurt like she did. To cause pain like she did. Sometimes she wondered if she really loved Alejandro at all or if it was the supposed possessiveness of her ancestors.
Yet still, Olivia knew that she loved, because she could feel her care for them every day, even when they bothered her, annoyed her, or ran away in the middle of the night. Poppy was “missing”, but she knew better. She could see that restlessness in her eyes, feel the energy of how Poppy needed something nameless before running off.
Olivia didn’t know the bigger, deeper reason that Poppy ran away, but that didn’t matter. Poppy ran. She was vulnerable. She was in danger. Hell, she was the danger.
And she had to be found.

I love the intro to this story, its quite interesting and I hope to see more in the future or when I start reading it, this is gonna be quite the story and i'm interested in seeing more!
Have an amazing day/night!
Well I do like Poppy. Let’s see what this newest installment brings.

Olivia is Poppy’s mother, right? I like how we get an explanation on her mental state here. Especially that she kinda expected this to happen, and that there’s a parallel to her own life. I also had to grin at her inability to empathize with her daughter. So typical to think that her circumstances back then were special and understandable but Poppy running away has none of those reasons. Of course. It also sets Olivia up as a villain. Like, she thinks she was fine and she worked everything out and for her everything went well, but her daughter? She’s dangerous. She can’t do these things. She has to be found.
Yeah I feel like that%u2019s a common thing with parents and so I wanted to display that here.
Thx for reading!
