Remember me, human
My mote of life
Darkest rainbow
Glowing desert
Remember me, human
My lake of fire
Coldest summer
Brightest mountain
Remember me, human
My foggy nebula
Happiest sorrow
Endless beginning
All I can pray for is to
put your mind at ease.

A nice poem it sounds like its nice but I don't understand what your trying to portray. A ghost? God? An angel? The earth? Nature? I don't know. It sounds nice but doesn't make to much sense.
That aside, nice wording, good poem. I liked it, weirdly enough. Forgive me for rambling, but I'll try (and probably fail) to define the meaning.
'Rememver me human, my mote of life' So humans killed this thing??
Darkest rainbow, glowing desert- nice contrast
I can't do it..
Nice poem though, seriously.
I like how you put this poem in something else's, but I'm confused on what you're trying to portray. I can tell this isn't human just by the narrator talking to the human, but I don't know if it's living or non living from what I'm reading. I'm only guessing that it's non living. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, it could be the earth itself, but I'm still not completely sure. You can call me stupid after reading this review, but please don't hate me for it. I really enjoy reading this poem because of the nice language that you used.
Don't feel stupid, it is important what the poem means to you, how you interpret it, not how everyone interprets it.
