INTROVERTS LIKE ME
We don't like to meddle,
Wed are pretty shy,
But when we get a chance,
We break our nut shells and fly!
We are better observers,
We would rather hear,
We start blushing a little too fast,
And talking could be our worst fear!
But there are some introverts like me,
Who just need an opportunity ,
And with their hobbies and talents,
They can conquer the city!
We can be quite underrated ,
Yet again, we can prove ourselves right,
We grasp things faster,
And we can reach great heights!
To all those introverts who are sad,
I would like to give you some advice,
Go with the flow, and when you get your talent,
Others could get shadowed by your rise!
LIFE OF A COIN
What am I? I'm a coin.
Small, round, and made of metal,
But i mean the world to,
A beggar who can't settle.
I am mostly zipped up in a wallet,
A small, dark pouch where I fit easily,
Normally, humans are used to ignoring me,
But for small things, they search for me greedily.
My worth in the world has decreased,
Since those notes started existing,
But centuries ago, I was very precious,
I could be used for buying anything.
I have watched the world change so much,
I have seen friends turn into foes,
So don't ever forget my value ,
Keep my equivalent to those notes.

I love both poems, especially the second one because it addresses poverty, greed and hunger in a very light-hearted way. I loved the line 'normally, humans are used to ignoring me, but for small things, they search for me greedily' because it really shows how we throw away money and we use it, not regarding the cost, but only when the small coin becomes relevant and necessary, does the value come back.
I also liked the line 'we grasp things faster, and we can reach great heights!'. Because the two lines together really creates the imagery of climbing a mountain.
I really liked your rhyming scheme as well.
I enjoyed reading this poem
Thankyou so much!!!
both the poems are great. the first one about an introvert and the second one about a coin. i thing i liked the most is you wrote both in the form of an autobiography. telling about the first one, I am an introvert. i can relate the lines which you have written with me. so, the lines are quite true. although the introverts are quiet but they do have the potential to conquer the whole world. they rise when it's their time.
the second one- it shows the importance of a single metal coin. how important that little thing is! and i agree that its importance has decreased slowly due to the invention of notes. yes, the value should be kept equivalent to those notes.
overall, both the poems are excellent. hope IO have helped you by the review. pls review my works too. i appreciate every feedback
Yes I will review it in some time.. thanks a lot!!
