This is the argument of a rich man on top of the world, perhaps in another dimension. He is arguing with another, younger person, who is challenging his way of life.

Oh, so you think this is easy?
You think that my life is lacy ribbons on gifts,
Presents of cake and wine and crisp bills,
A seat on top of the mountain
Supported by your wretched hands?
You think this is easy?
I must sit here on this throne all day,
For if I move someone will uproot me,
Throw me into the depths of hell, and steal my place.
I must sit here like a statue,
Never saying a word, never moving a muscle,
Lest someone uses it against me.
You think this is easy?
You forget that when you sit at the top of a mountain
You make yourself a beacon,
And it is all too easy for those below to find you.
And then you must sit and pray
As their eyes bore into you,
That you are flawless, perfection itself.
You are not allowed to be human on the pedestal.
You think it is easy
To forget human nature
Just to keep your place in this despicable order of life?
Tell me, am I getting it wrong?
Should I give up luxury, and instead
Face reputation's backhanded slap?
Tell me!

This is his argument. No doubt you can oppose it. After all, despite what he says, he is human. And humans are naturally flawed, one way or another.
