Hello I'm Ash (or Jelly. Either name is fine), and I am here to review! I hope all is well. Okay I'm going to start now!

Can I start with wow.Like this poem was very well written and I enjoyed that. This was written in the point-of-view of a song bird, and one would not think to write about them, except from an outsider's point of view.So yes I am impressed. I like the amount of emotion you used for this.I also enjoyed your word choice and I like how this sounds real. Like I hate the fancy prose and such, this just shows complete realness and that makes me happy.
I like your writing style
I hope you have a nice day!!!!!
Hello IDontKnowMaybeSo,
I enjoyed your poem very much, it is very sentimental and the fact that you humanized the songbird gives it a fresh prespective. I don't know if you made it so but I realised the poem in itself has a lyrical feeling, has I was reading it I felt myself singing along. I also deeply enjoyed the last stanza where you finish by offering a different kind of freedom to the songbird when he is still caged away, as he has found he's own freedom.
Regarding the structure of the poem, you use very simple words but I do note that it's not bad because it actually works with the theme has it is beautifuly written and again it helps that lyrical feeling.
Very good work and hope to see more!
Hi
I've no inspiration to write review now. So sorry!

Hey there, IDontKnowMaybeSo! Unusual but interesting name by the way!
I rather enjoyed reading your poem, my friend, it was very deep, intense and almost mysterious- it was surely a pleasant read!
I loved how you expressed the songbird's desire to be free through use of words used in deep descriptions of its feelings and hopes. It was very believable and I could almost imagine the songbird in the cage, longing to have its freedom!
I also admire your use of symbolism, which was evident throughout the poem, most especially during the last verse where you mentioned how the songbird had the key to freedom all along, within its soul and all it had to was turn the lock and allow for its wings to soar. I just loved that!
I believe one of your strengths as a poet is you have a way of describing feelings through the use of emotional choice of words and also your deep involvement in symbolism. You are a wonderful writer! You should be very proud of the work you have produced and I sincerely hope that you will continue to write inspiring poems like this one!
