Hi ForeverRebel! Nice username :p

Aww. This made me smile. It's so short, sweet, and simple. Even though there are so few words, this poem made a nice statement. I also like how the title sort of, like ChasingLaci said, an opening line. I couldn't have said it any better.

I especially love how you compared love and music to dedication. I feel so much for this poem. Amazing poem, though sorry this review is a tad late. By like a week or so, right? Anyway, happy writing and what's left for review day!

Yours till the Chocolate Chips,
Snow

Haha thanks for the review. It's never too late and it was much appreciated. :)

I like how the title of this poem is important and becomes almost like the opening line, you read the title then the poem and it ends with "it's within the heart" I like what you did there. Also I like that you chose the words Love and Music, because dedication goes into both of those things. Its simple yet a nice message here. Great job here!

Nice work!

I'm a novelist. I write novels because I try to write short stories and get carried away. For me Haiku is my worst enemy so I have great admiration for those who can master it.

The thing is, they are short, and tend to go best with images or in a series. Maybe you'd get a better response if you do that? (Or include a brief message to say it's a Haiku. Some people don't understand that it's meant to be that short.)

I do really, really like this though. I've always associated dedication with the old 'sweat, tears and toil' idea, that it's something painful that you just have to do or overcome- something in the mind I guess (fantastic title by the way.) The thought of dedication being something like love and music makes it seem much more beautiful.

Mind if I add this to the list of quotes and morale boosters I have stickied to my desk?

Hi there. I'll start off this review by saying that this felt more like a quote belonging to a speech or essay than poem. I don't mean that I'm a negative way, but I do admit that I wish there was more to this. It just felt a bit incomplete. But it was a very good start. I really have no criticism for the three lines you have. They were very simple, but very true. Again, I would like to see you expand upon this a little more. That's all I have to say to you besides keep up the good work.

I do not know what to say

I hope that's meant in a good way...?

Wow, beautiful haiku you got here. :)
I didn't think that they could be executed as well as this, honestly. Speaking true words, not using any faulty wording, (meaning words that just take up space and don't add to the poem) and of course, having zero flaws. Great work!
