Heya, Eevee! Casanova here for another review!

Okay, to start off with I want to say- what is this about? Poetry is about making the reader think and feel. I felt nothing while reading this. It was like you were giving me a shopping list of things, and that's never good. Ten things I'm supposed to get, but I don't understand a single one of them. When I first read this I thought it might be about sex, or a boyfriend, or something romantic. Then I read further and it makes even less sense. If you want to make the reader feel something- describe why we're supposed to feel what you're listing. I want to be able to read this and honestly feel something from it. Not grow bored and think this would be better in the,"other," category. And, another question, how does step five-six relate? Yes, they're R's. But, I don't even know what you're regretting. And it isn't the same thing you're remembering, or is it? And what are yoou rationalizing? If you're rationalizing you're not making bad decisions, so why is that day the day to make bad decisions?
Clarity is another thing you can work on. Clarifying what you want to say. Which is where imagery is a good thing. Maybe think about adding imagery. and if not, say what you're ,meaning. Otherwise this is just a shopping list I'm not getting anything from.
I hope this helped, at least a little.

Moving on now.

Keep on doing what you're doing, and keep on keeping on.

Your friend, Cassy

Hello =D This is my first review!

To start, I loved it. For someone who has actually gone through all of those steps it makes a lot of sense. One thing I would like to know is the story behind this, what exactly was your "wow did I really just do that" thing? The order you have them in is pretty accurate as well. Although for me, steps 5 and 6 are usually reversed.

Hello, EverWinter~
It is Swordfish here with a review (to be honest I'm surprised that I'm still in Team Tortoise despite the fact that it only day four, so yippee!)
I AM IN NO WAY AN AUTHORITY ON POETRY. FEEL FREE TO IGNORE THIS ADVICE. USE ADVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK
I'm along with the same lines as @Squirrel, and I think that this seems more of a "How-To" poem. You use the word "Step" and I don't think it works like that. I think a better word could be used such as "Phase" or "Stage" etcetera, etcetera.
I also am not sure what the poem is referring to either. These "steps" could refer to plenty of things, and you are never specific about what you are talking about. (Writing, cooking, drawing etc.) Although you weren't specific and these 'steps" could refer to plenty of things, the fact that it refers to plenty of things makes it relatable, as if we have all experienced this at some point. (Personally, I think this is me with /EVERYTHING/) Also, the use of humor gives the reader a little chuckle to go with the relatability, which is very compatible. This was my reaction when I read the poem. (Notice how I thought about how relatable this was, but very amusing at the same time)

Oh, hahahaha, this is /so/ true

Anyway, this poem brought a smile to face, and it was a pleasure to review it. Keep on writing!

hmmmmmmmmmm.............. well... it doesn't seem so much a poem as a sort of... instruction form with thoughts of each instruction. Maybe it's what you intended to do. But it didn't seem very lyrical to me, or artsy. I feel like you could approach this in a much more heartfelt way. Maybe like:

This was the first,
taking that leap.
Then came the anxiety,
obsessing, incomplete.
But lo! Rejoicing! It worked, it's real hooray!
But not all can last forever
A sweet sorrow as we part our separate ways.
The memory haunts me
i wish to forget, take it all back,
But there's nothing I can do
So i break down bad.
Regret tears me limb from limb
I wish I hadn't done it
I panic, I ruined everything!
Now I must deal with the aftermath.
What will happen now?
Oh just screw it all.
Its over
goodbye
I'm done.
I close my eyes and fall.

Now obviously I wouldn't really love it if you took this whole thing word for word. But if you want your poem to be more artful try doing something like this. It's obviously something you are upset about and passionate to put into words. Just approach it differently. You have the right intentions, just think about it some more. It will come to you.

Ok I like this but there are some things I want to say:
1. It seems like more of a "How-To" than a poem. Maybe try to add some more lines between each step? Not quite sure how to help with that.
2.What if you put commas instead of a hyphen. That way it seems more like a poem than a list so people could remember it more.
3.I like the fact you used more "big kid" words. Makes it seem more important.
4. I like how you did this in a way that can make everybody relate to it. We all do things we regret later on.

You don't have to use any of my suggestions. People have different opinions on how things should be wrote. I hope the one suggestion I am going to make will be used though, and that's to keep writing! :)

Thank you! I think I will add more lines to it! I'm still trying to figure out how to do that.
