I'll just put it out there - I love your rhythm. It's so hard to pull off well but I believe you've hit the nail on the head. Well done.
Your grammar is a bit off, I don't know if you've intended for it to be like this, but with the full stops and question marks not right next to the word, it looks a bit messy and isn't grammatically correct. This alongside your random capitalisation, of "World", "Exquisite", "Unique". I understand that you've capitalised them to add deeper and more personal meaning to them, but they can do without.
A suggestion for next time would be to keep using descriptive and emotive language. You've brused on emotions on the topic of 'feeling special', but I believe you can challenge yourself to make this poem better by using poetic techniques more effectively.

I love it! Your rhyming is what I myself call 'ziggity zaggity' and when done right, this form of poetry is beautiful. You my friend, did an awesome job with this. I also love the way that you threw so many things into the poem and were still able to wrap it up perfectly. Not everyone can toss stars, rainbows, and accordions all into the same poem and make it work. My only suggestion is to find a little more rhythm. It's like dancing, 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4. Even with that small bit still intact, I still think it's a work of art. You painted a picture in my head, and I can't wait for more!

:O Very pretty! Your poem delivers a very warm feeling. Everything is pretty good, except a few tiny things here and there. I don't think the dauntless North Star rescues life from the oblivion. It certainly does guide people who are lost when hiking or something, but it is not rescuing someone from oblivion. It's guiding them. I guess the bottom line would be: Try to be a tad more realistic? <--- Me saying that leans a bit towards my opinion, but even if that line is left alone, it's still good.
