Surmise

In poetry

Let the night hypnotize you my friend..
and convince you that the day is your foe.
Let darkness which is assumed to be the root of all fear..
show you that the unknown and the unseen
will not harm you.
Let it surmise that light is an illusion.
Let it teach you...
that as long as there is fear within you heart....
you will never break free.
Darkness is the existence of the nonexistent.
And light is the non-existence of the existent.
Come close; let me whisper into your ear….
And I’ll tell you that light is truly the root of your fears
Darkness is the marrow of non-existence..
And non-existence is freedom’s true essence.

Very good poem. It's very true that the light holds all our fear. Sorry I can't really give you any spelling help if there is a word misspelled I can't spell to save my life haha. And i wish you used more metaphors to bring me in to the story of the poem. Overall it is a very good poem. Keep on writing.
(Sorry this took so long I read it then I got distracted)

Thank you! I do think I you're kind of right about using more metaphors. Hehe! Thank you once again for coming by. :D
