Peter (Ravenclaw)~

"Oy mate what the heck are you doing?" Peter had rounded the staircase just as Tristen appeared. Tristen backed a few steps.

"Its useless there's nothing we can do for the others. We have to get out of here with who we have."

"Aye I know that, " Peter said "but we can't have you running off like that it's a risk to the group. We have to stay together mate." Tristen looked like he was about to say something but whatever it was it was cut off immediately as a spell blast hit the air between them. Both boys dropped, flung in either direction.

Tristen rolled to his feet first his wand drawn. Peter never made it to his feet but he had his wand drawn pointing already at the death eater. Both boys shouted. "Expelliarmus!" Their was a bright flash of golden light, it traveled like electricity from one wand to another growing in strength then blasting the death eater full force. The death eater flew all the way down the steps and crashed onto the floor below. Peter heard shouts from below. More were coming. Peter jumped to his feet and the sleeve of Tristen's pajamas.

"What the hell happened...?" he mumbled.

"Aye, mate I wish I knew that was bloody mad!" The boys rounded a corner into the room of requirement and into the curious stares of the students inside. They all had worried looks on their faces even Kale. Peter ignored them and walked over to a near by wall picking up one of the bundles with his right hand (the one not carrying his wand) and slung it over his shoulder. He then said in the best most confident voice he could muster.

"Okay mates, lets get movin. We can't stay here."
Spoiler
so in case you're wondering I noticed that Peter and Tristen have the same wand cores so I used that for like a super powerful expelliarmus charm.

Tristin~~

I picked up a pack and started heading down the tunnel with Peter. He was actually ok.

"What do we do if we find Death Eaters at the end of the tunnel?" Someone asked.

"We fight" I looked at Peter out of the corner of my eye, wondering if the same thing that happened before would happen again.

Peter (Ravenclaw)~

The students walked deeper into the the passage provided by the Room of Requirement. The tunnel was dark and wet so Peter used the lumos spell to light there way through the passage. Tristen walked beside him, Violet and Bradly followed closely behind, Kale stayed close to his sister, and Alex and Harriet trailed in the back. Peter held back a smirk as he noticed how similar their vacant expressions were.

Everything was quiet except for occasional sounds of water dripping. The tunnel somehow resembled solemn solitude that resignated in the air amongst the students. Peter every now and then tried exchanging confident smiles with the others to keep up the moral to no avail. He even tried saying things like "almost there," And "a little bit further," to keep the others reassured but he could tell he was not doing much.

Violet's hair was turning a pale blue, he guessed out of fright, and Alex was clinking his forks with increasing vigor. Finally, Kale turned on him and very rudely told him to shut up. Tensions were getting bad and they were only gonna get worse. "Come on room," Peter mumbled to himself "Work your magic!" Then Tristen stopped.

"Hey, you see that?" He said. Peter looked but he wasn't sure.

"I dono mate."

Bradley Mcauthor spoke up. He'd been quiet most of the journey so his voice was somewhat surprising. "No, I see it! I think it's a door!" Tristen sprung into action and Peter followed close behind. They reached the end of the tunnel in no time and just as Bradley had said it was a door. Tristen put his hand on the door-wand at the ready-he nodded to Peter. Peter noticed much to his relief that Kale and Bradley were also with them. The others stayed back. They were to wait for them to deem it safe.

Ready for whatever, they opened the door and stepped over the threshold... of a small extraordinarily dirty bar, strewn with straw dust, and the windows nearly opaque and all but invisible beneath the dirt. There was an ancient wooden till on the bar that served as a cash register and the room smelled strongly like something that might have been goats. Upon closer inspection Peter noticed that even the rags behind the bar were covered in filth. Kale coughed and Bradley gasped in awe.

"This is Hog's Head!" he said "we're just like Harry and his friends now! The Room of Requirement's secret tunnel led them here too." Peter nodded taking it all in.

"Aye, and best of all this place is empty so it's perfect to hide." He looked up and saw Violet, Lovegood, Jane and Alex enter. "Well mates, Home sweet home! For now," he smiled.
Spoiler
Well sorry that was a long post. I wanted to get us in Hogsmead well outside of the school's grounds. Now we can even choose to have a battle in the town but I'd suggest we let them rest and eat first.

*Ahem*
I'm not posting, but, um, I noticed something in what you wrote above, Ray122. You called Harriet Lovegood Luna. She isn't Luna, she's Harriet. :)

Kale-

Kale waited at the door to make sure all of them made it through into the Hog's head. He wanted to bring up the rear, to make sure he could see everyone. The damp darkness of the tunnel pressed against him still, he could feel it. The cold grabbed him, no something else grabbed him. Someone grabbed him.

The hands pulled him back into the darkness and slammed the door to the pub closed. Kale wondered if when the door opened again if it would lead him into the Hog's Head or not. A faint light appeared and then there was a shift in the shadows. A shimmery cloak fell to the ground to reveal Greggory.
--------------------------------------------

Greggory-

Greggory smiled at Kale's taken aback expression. He was glad to be alone now. The other's petty attempts at encouragment and hope were so...futile and annoying. He had followed them down the tunnel that whole time, and none of them even knew. He had his prize though now. But it was a shame that he hadn't caught Kale and Jane both. He so adored Jane.

"What the hell do you want Greggory?" Kale asked, very little inflection in his voice. Kale really only spoke in monotone. His only other tone seemed to be angry. Greggory chuckled a little.

"Enough of this act, it's tiring," he said.

"It's no act, I'm not interested in being in your little suicide group." Kale leaned against the stone wall of the tunnel and crossed his arms over his chest. If anyone would have passed them, minus the dark tunnel and current situation, they would have thought the two were just having an every day, normal conversation.

"Suicide group? Ha! Taking over that castle was cake! We have taken the very thing, the very place that everyone loves so much and turned it into their worse night mare. But everyone will see soon. We are going to revolutionize the wizarding world. No more poinltess classes and years of endless failure. You used to share the same ideals as the man I work for, the man I follow. But now you're, well I dounno Kale, what are you?" Greggory moved closer to Kale now. Kale stared down at the muddy base of the tunnel.

"I don't know," Kale said, "that was all so long ago, I haven't... I'm not sure what I think."

"But you're tied to us," Greggory grabbed Kale's wrist and pushed his sleeve up, "with the same mark we all bare." Greggory looked down at the mark. It was much like the one the Dark Lord used in his reign, but modified. That's what they were doing all of this for anyway, to carry on the Dark Lord's plans but a modified version. He didn't succeed, so to carry on in his exact form would be pointless. Greggory pulled himself out of his thoughts. Kale looked down at the mark too, thinking.

"I need to get back to my sister." Greggory was pleased, it wasn't a no.

"You know how to find me?" Kale nodded and Greggory grabbed a fistfull of Kale's hair shaking him a little, "until then, brother." Greggory pulled the cloak on and started back down the hall.
------------------------------------------------------------

Kale-

Kale sighed and opened the door. The others were still standing in the Hog's Head, well most of them were sitting. Greggory was so dramatic sometimes. He fixed his hair and crossed the room to Jane, ignoring the looks the others gave him.

"Where were you?" Jane asked, hugging him firmly. Kale pushed her away gently and took a seat.

"It's not important." Kale noticed his sleeve was still pushed up a little. He grabbed hem and pulled it down. He didn't think any of the others saw.

*Sorry it's so long! I thought that bit with Greggory might add a bit to the story line...if anyone disagrees then just let me know and I can change it.*

Jane

Jane fixed Kale with a long look. He had been acting strangely all night. Jane was beginning to get very sick of all of Kale's strangeness. She nudged him. Kale glanced back at Jane.

"We'll talk later," Jane mouthed. Kale looked away without answer. Jane gritted her teeth, and looked away as well. Kale had to have a reason behind the madness. Why wouldn't he tell her?

Jane pursed her lips. If Kale wasn't going to offer to explain to Jane, then Jane would make him, for goodness sake.

"Kale," said Jane quickly, spinning around to grasp her brother's wrist insistently. Kale jumped, and spun to face Jane again. The other students turned their eyes on the siblings curiously. Jane stood up, pulling Kale out of his seat as well.

"Give us a moment," she said to the students before dragging Kale around a corner in the room. She let go of Kale's wrist irritably, folding her arms tightly across her chest as she did so.

"Kale, what the hell has gotten into you recently?" hissed Jane. "I swear that if you weren't my brother, I wouldn't even recognize you. I want an explanation. Now."

Kale-

Jane stared at him through slitted eyes. Kale sighed. What could he say to make her leave him alone, not the truth obviously. Buggar. He felt so much so that his fate was already decided, that he already was on a path and he couldn't stop it. But Jane, she had freedom, freedom to chose the right path. Or just another path. He felt that no path was really the right path. He knew that his path was dark though.

"I just...I should have seen it coming. I could have gotten you out of there sooner. We shouldn't have either gone to Hogwarts," Kale tried to soften his expression, "I want you to be safe, okay? That's all."

"But earlier," she said, "you-"

But someone cut in, "Oy, you two, over here. We need to figure out a plan." It was Peter and for once Kale was very happy that he had opened his bloody mouth.

Kale cross the pub to one of the long tables that everyone had migrated to. Peter stood at the head of it, looking around at the others. Kale pulled a chair off to the side and sat to watch. Jane stomped over and took a seat next to the Lovegood girl.

"We can't stay here," Peter said, "not for long anyway."

Tristan spoke up next, "I think our best bet would be to move towards the Ministry of Magic. They may not know what happened. We may be the only ones who got out. I think it is our duty to tell them. Or at least tell them what we saw."

The rest of the table remained quiet.

"Well I agree." Kale said, standing up. Everyone looked at him a little shocked. Going to the Ministry meant seeing his father and possibly his mother. Jane seemed to realize that as well and stood up too.

Peter(Ravenclaw)~

"Oy, Oy, now lets calm down mates," Peter stood addressing the others and addressing Kale."How do we get there? We can't apparate."

"True." Bradley spoke up. "That's too risky we could loose each other."

"Not to mention splich ourselves," said Amber looking at Kale "and anyway I don't even know why we're trusting this slytherin for all we know he's working with the enemy." Jane sprung to her feet.

"Hey! Shut up before my fist becomes your face's enemy!" This was getting bad and quick. If Peter didn't do something the group was going to tear a part. He exchanged looks with Tristen and he nodded. Tristen stepped between the girls and Kale held his sister back.

"Yea a Slytherin would say that!" Amber was snarling.Tears rolled down her cheeks. "Because of you-your stupid class! I watched them take my friends! I watched them..." If Amber was going to say something else she couldn't. Her chest was heaving and tears ran furiously down her cheeks. Nobody said a word, Bradley went over and comforted her. "Come on lets sit down," he said and gently led her to a chair. Peter could tell just by the looks on their faces that everyone had just realized how alone they were. Violet's hair had turned dark black her face was pale, Alex watched with vacant eyes and...even Tristen looked somber.

Peter made an attempt to brighten the mood...he couldn't think of anything. The light outside the dirt encrusted windows turned pale. Peter hadn't noticed at first but now it was frighteningly apparent. "Bloody hell! Why has it gotten so cold all of a sud-" He didn't finish his sentence. He couldn't. Tristen had turned deathly pale.

"They just won't stop screaming..." he said and collapsed to the floor. Peter knelt by his fallen friend and felt the world go black. The edges of his vision were blurred. All he could see was Tristen's pitiful face. His body shook eyes vacant; lost in some bitter memory. A ghastly figure knelt over them; its bony fingers floated just about Tristen's face.

"No," Peter tried to ward it off but he was weak. His efforts did nothing. The dementor leaned in for its deadly kiss...

"EXPECTO POTRONUM!" a wispy patronus shaped as a goat rams the dementor sending it flying into the wall where it dissipates. Peter looked up in time to see the blurred figure standing in the entrance. He couldn't believe his eyes. "Dumbledore...?" his vision blurred. Everything went dark.

When Peter awoke he was in a sitting room. Someone had propped him in a chair in front of the fire place. Peter noticed above the fireplace the picture of a smiling young girl. He stared at her for a moment mesmerized. He realized where he was. "Oy...this is bloody mad." Peter heard a loud clatter coming from down stairs and he decided to go investigate. He passed Tristen, snoring like a baby on a nearby couch.

Peter took the tattered stairs down to the ground floor. He refrained from touching the banisters noting that they too were coated in a years worth of grime. Kale, Jane, and the others were all sitting in front of the bar next to the wooden till, a man was standing before them.

"Alberforth Dumbledore," Peter said. Everyone looked up at him. "I must be bloody mad."
Spoiler
Wow this one's very long. Ok, so I just remembered that Alberforth Dumbledore is the one who hosts this bar. This means if there's still an order of the Phenonix our character's can contact them and get some help. I dono its up to you guys.

Alex Baker
Hufflepuff

Turning… turning… everywhere, white fog… people screaming, collapsing figures, terror, cold, dead hands…

And then there weren't. Alex stood, shaking, in the center of the Hogs Head bar. A new man, ancient and weary, was closing the door, muttering to himself. Alex, although terrified, shifted closer to hear.

“… What did Potter go to all that trouble for, eh? To have some daft children come and take Hogwarts, not forty years after he did his little bit of hero work, hmm? What were the idiots thinking? Heaven knows, I’m too old for this…”

Aberforth Dumbledore turned sharply to Alex, who was only about a meter away. The boy was surprised at Aberforth’s speed and the clarity of his eyes. Alex wondered how old he was...

“Well? What are you looking at, boy?” said the old man, irritably. “Help me with this lot. I’ve never seen two people collapse from dementor effects at once. Pathetic.” Alex, helpless, helped Aberforth carry Peter and Tristin upstairs. Vaguely, Alex wondered why he wasn’t affected by the dementors as badly as the others. He hadn’t passed out or screamed or anything. “Probably,” he reasoned, “because nothing too horrible had ever happened to me. Or maybe I just don’t let anything bad really register. I basically daydream my way through life. I don’t mind, obviously, and I don’t plan on changing my habits, but… this could be an advantage. If I could just block out anything awful, then maybe resisting dementors would be easier. Now, if only I knew how to produce a patronus…”

Alex had wandered back into the main bar room while he thought. He spotted Violet, whose hair was no longer black from shock and fear, but was fading, slowly, into its normal red. He considered speaking to her, but didn’t. He was not at home around girls. They were enigmas, strange beings he didn’t understand. They walked around, chatting and giggling, and generally ignoring him. That was a good thing, of course. In any case, he wouldn’t know what to say, even if a girl did have the inclination of speaking to him for longer than thirty seconds. And that was fine with him.

He ended up sitting in the corner of Aberforth’s living room, facing the portrait of Ariana Dumbledore. The girl was smiling in a sweet, innocent way, looking as if she was far, far away in some distant daydream. He sighed. How long had it been since they had escaped from Hogwarts? An hour? Two? He was even worse at time-keeping than paying attention. He turned and descended the stairs, disliking the creaking noise they made when he trod on the decaying boards. The group was still there, milling about aimlessly. Some were eating, others rummaging through the sacks the room of requirement had provided, and still others talking. Alex wandered up to the bar, where Aberforth had laid out some food and several bottles of butter beer. He took one and crossed to an ancient wooden table. His new shoes squeaked as they shuffled along on the grimy stone.

It was then Peter arrived. He took one look around, spotted Aberforth, and said,

“Aberforth Dumbledore? I must be bloody mad.” Aberforth grunted dismissively.

“And I must be ‘bloody mad’ to let you lot into my bar. This has happened before, although not quite like this time, and I want you all out. I put up with you for this long only because I can’t rightly send you into the hands of those deatheater bastards out there. Now, here’s what I’m going to do.” His gaze swept to from face to silent face. “I’m going to arrange for someone to pick you up. I heard you from upstairs – You’re planning on going to the ministry, correct?” Several people nodded mutely. Aberforth frowned. “Don’t be foolish. You all know what happened last time, right? The ministry was taken. Won’t be long now before it happens again. How long do you think you will last if you tell the ministry about your situation? Believe you me, the ministry will have heard about the school’s predicament by tomorrow morning.” He grunted and sat down. The long speech seemed to have tired him.

“Any questions?”

Name: Saul Axely Wilfred

Age: 17, 6th Year

Gender: male

House: Ravenclaw

Personality: He is a rather shy young man, smart, can be witty on the rare occasions that he engages in conversation with his fellow house members. He spends most of his time in the boys dorm-room reading or practicing his magic. He has never talked to a witch outside of it only being an academic talk. Unlike other wizards he also exercises his physical strength, he learned to summon free weights from muggles, Accio dumbbells! Accio bench seat, Accio weights, Accio protein shake!

Appearance: 5' 9, olive skin, rather thin despite his intense workouts, it's a genetic thing. Raven black hair, not handsome, but nor is he particularly unattractive. He has caught the eye of some fine young witches, but he was always too nervous to acknowledge that he noticed.

Background: He is from a good middle class wizard, half-blood family. His parents have adjusted well to living a life among muggles. While his parents have made many muggle friends, Saul is also shy around muggles, particularly girls. Saul being an outdoors man just as much as a reclusive room book reader walks around many breathtaking lands. He even taught himself to teleport without port key just to see the world. Though he wished he could share his experiences with others.

Strengths: Saul is good at dueling, despite his hate for violence. Having read many books he is very knowledgeable in magical creatures, and even hidden mythical creatures. The hidden magical creatures are the wizard version of Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. Saul had seen the Loch Ness Monster before, so he knows it's real. It's a rather beautiful shy creature. It's nature made Saul think of himself. How long would he be living a life of loneliness? Saul holds a very dark secret, he has learned all three of the unforgivable curses. Avada Kadavre was as simple as saying, "Goodbye."

Weaknesses: Has trouble talking to others. Feels his peers don't care about him, it might be so since they never even day hello to him.

Wand type: Unicorn hair.

Pet: Eagle

Other: At home he used to have a Rottweiler that he has enchanted to talk. It's the closet thing he has to a friend besides his parents. It died when he was in his third year of Hogwarts. Saul had wished that there existed a spell to bring back the dead. But it wasn't so.

Saul pounded on the trapdoor above him. He knew it was there since the tunnel had ended, and there was a hint of light seeping through the ceiling. Something must have fallen atop it, as it wouldn't budge no matter how hard he pushed up on it. Why wouldn't it move? He could lift two hundred and seventy pounds off his chest and he couldn't knock over a cabinet, or whatever had fallen on the door.

Oh, stop being ridiculous Saul, just blast it away. Saul raised his hand, waved it in a half circle and said, "Expulso!" The wood above him splintered and whatever had been cover in the door was blown against a wall. Pieces of wood and dust sprinkled on his head.

He gripped the sides of the new opening and pulled himself up into the store. He was in some kind of what, candy store? It was completely devoid of activity. Racks were knocked over and enchanted candy's flew around the place. He dove as a chocolate hawk flew at his face, it splattered against the wall behind him.

Only one thought was in his head. Was Hogsmade attacked as well? And were the attackers still here? Should I stay put right here? I could go underground and rebuild the trapdoor leaving no evidence. But why trap myself in a hole? He kept his wand at the ready and walked out of the candy store.

All was quiet in the streets. He walked toward the Hogshead Inn, if not to only drink him a Butterbeer. He needed something to calm his nerves. Saul's wand shook in his trembling hand. His feet felt like lead weights, weights that even he had trouble lifting.
