In the spoiler,
Spoiler
Hiya,
What I think is that we should get Professor Longbottom involved for a short while. He was teaching herbology, after all. So, maybe he could give the students the idea of the room of requirement. It would make a great escape tunnel. Everyone would know about it, of course, either from the DA or from the escape in the last book, so they couldn't use it as a hide-out for long, but it would be a good way to make it out of the castle and set the scene for the rest of the SB. What do you think?

I think that the new puppet for the Minister could be Jane and Kale's father - We were talking about how he was next in line to be Minister anyway, and RoryLegend mentioned something about him being connected to the Dark Side in the Second (or First?) War.

Also - This is just a side suggestion - Could we start posting our houses in the header as well? T'would make it much less confusing.

I'm down with that!
Spoiler
anyway i like the small plot going on in the windhorn family (jane and kale) I also like the negativity and chemistry between peter and kale as far as their friendship goes along the whole group period(Violet Alex). And I'm eager to see how Tristen fits into all of that. So yea! lets start this.

Sorry, I'm not skilled and don't know how to do the whole spoiler thing haha.
So Kale's dad can be the puppet, no problem.
I was also wondering iiiif I could also start posting as Greggory as well, he's an obvious link to the Dark Side anyway so...yeah. That's it.

Ok, that sounds great. Now we ust need to figure out who is going to lead the whole thing, but that can wait. The attack can come during the night. I will not be able to check this very often so someone can control my character, ill put some more details on how he acts below.

-He generally will fight before runing, but he wont 'stab somebody in the back'. He wont iintentionally endanger someone elses life, but he will endanger his own. Doesn't talk much. Oh, he gets a slight headache after each spell he casts, he doesnt know why (only if its a DA spell)

So, how are we gonna start the invasion? It seems to me like there sould be some huge disturbance, or something, and then everyone is forced out of bed and into the Great hall. I'm not sure how that would work...

And I also think that putting the houses along with the character's names is a good idea.

*don't worry i've got this one guys. You have to follow my lead though. Imma get everyone together or atleast close to it.*
Tristen (Griffindor)~

Tristen dreamt that he was sliding, slithering across uneven surfaces-cracked and upturned stones- the sky was lit with colored lights-like lightening-they flashed spider-like across the grayish cloudy sky. He sensed more than saw movement every where, his world was consumed in tunnel vision he saw in only one direction. Tristen didn't care. He had no thoughts at all. He only felt raw emotions. Anger. Pain. Revenge.

First he'd been sliding now he was curling cranking himself along with powerful muscles Tristen feared that he would tire but he continued going up and up then stopped when he saw the cat eyes. They were blood red with little black slits down the center, he saw no face but the eyes spoke. They spoke without words yet Tristen could feel them cut through him like daggers, the feeling was intense, Tristen felt their image burn into the back of his skull. There was a dizzying sensation. The eyes spoke. But he didn't understand. He was just draining away. He felt himself drying up and burning into a small ember crisp. His insides twisted up.The world turned cold. His vision went black.Then...a hand grabbed him...

Tristen opened his eyes. He was in the common room on the ground, he'd been sweating. The head master was standing over him, his beard ruffled and face sullen. He looked drained. Harriet Lovegood-a fellow griffindor- stood next to him. She looked shaken but her eyes had a lost look in them. Tristen smiled (or tried to it looked more like a grimace) Lovegoods were known to be quite odd. He tried sitting up but wobbled.

"I wouldn't," said the headmaster, "You were under a dark spell."

Tristen nodded and sat back down. His mind wasn't working yet. "What-What happened..?"

"You were shaking like a Boger beetle," said Harriet.

The headmaster was already at the door, "Dark things are at work tonight Tristen. I suspect that many of your fellow students are under such a spell right at this moment."
He stepped out in opening. "You and Harriet are to rouse the other students..." Then he nodded at Lovegood "You know what to do." No, wait you have to tell me what's going on, Tristen wanted to say but he was too tired.

She smiled "May your brain be protected from the Saurian Wing bats, sir." The headmaster nodded then shut the door.

Peter(Ravenclaw)~

Peter had not gone to sleep that night. He preferred to stay up late in the restricted section so he could read. He first noticed something was amiss when he heard the whispers. Wand light floated about the dark Library like floating bubbles. He'd at first thought it was a prefect and snuck around the corner of one of many book shelves with practiced silence. He thought it was a prefect...then he saw Miles Leeman(Griffindor's head prefect) and his crumpled body lain against one of the bookshelves. Peter gasped then covered his mouth. What if he'd been heard?

Peter backed slowly, eyeing his surroundings and straining his ears for the slightest sound. A hand gripped his shoulder. Peter spun. It was still dark he'd forgotten to turn on his wand light. Peter lost balance. He skid hit the bookshelf. I body threw itself on him. A wand tip pressed against his neck. "Lumos..."

Peter stared at his captor...his kill-"Violet?" The red hair turned-faded to pink then to bright yellow. "Oy!" Peter started "Are you bloody mad-" and he stopped when caught in her sudden embrace.

"Peter I was so scared! There are death eaters here. We have to go!" Peter put his hands on her shoulders to calm her.

"Aye mate but first you have to get off me." Violet's hair turned pink and she blushed. She got off him and helped him up. "We have to go, there's this kid Tristen, him and a group Griffindor's are finding there way out of here."

"Ok..." Peter didn't know what to say he still wasn't sure what was going on.

"Some-one's coming," said a small voice. It was Alex,he'd been standing in the shadows distantly fiddling with two forks he'd probably taken with him since dinner. A shadow moved down another corridor. Peter grabbed Violet's hand.
"Aye, lets go."

*ok so all that leaves is kale and jane whom i'm sure have some kind of slytherin plot that may eventually get us to cross paths. Tristen's leading an escape attempt, Violet,Peter, and Alex are on there way to find him. The war's begun. Enjoy :smt003 *

Jane (Slytherin)

Jane woke up suddenly. Her skin erupted into goosebumps; Jane realized she was drenched in sweat. She looked around her dormitory. It was deserted. Jane slowly got up, wondering. Where had everyone gone to?

Jane pulled on her dressing gown and sped up the staircase to the commons room. It was silent, deserted like her dormitory had been. Jane blinked, recalling faintly the nightmare she had been having. Jane shivered, and raced to the other staircase leading down to the boy's dormitories.

Jane burst into Kale's dormitory without preamble. Again, it had been deserted. Jane's eyes landed on the lump on Kale's bed. "Kale?" she hissed. The lump stirred.

Jane was at Kale's bedside in an instant. "Kale!" she cried, more instantly. Her brother's head peeked from under his covers.

"Jane?" muttered Kale gruffly, blinking up at her.

"Kale, everyone's gone. The House is completely empty. What are the odds of every Slytherin sneaking out of here tonight? Something's wrong, Kale. We have to go!" said Jane quickly in one breath. Kale was pulling on his robes over his pajamas as she spoke. A loud rumble issued from above their heads.

"What's going on, Kale?" whispered Jane, staring wildly up at the ceiling.

Kale(Slytherine...almost forgot)-

"Nothing good," Kale said grabbing his wand, then Jane's hand. He half dragged her out of the Slytherine commons to the corridor. Sounds errupted at them from all sides, battle sounds.

"Kale, is this what I think it is?" Jane's voice was shaky.

Kale gripped her hand tighter, "I don't know, I can't read your mind Jane." She punched him on the shoulder and laughed a little. It wasn't really the time for joking but Kale wanted Jane to stay calm, "This way." He said pulling her down a seemingly empty hall. As they turned the corner they found a group of others, some he recognized from dinner.

"Oy, what's going on here?" Peter said, Peter was the annoying one Kale recalled.

"You assume I would know? How stereotypical." Kale felt something moving next to him and turned to find a door in the wall, a door that hadn't been there before, "Jane, in there." Kale said, pointing. It was the room of requirment.

*Okay? If not I can change it, no worries*

Alex Baker
Hufflepuff

Alex heard the rumbling and screaming the moment it began. The Hufflepuff common room was on the first floor, a few corridors away from the great hall. The sounds carried clearly from there, and what Alex heard wasn’t good. He jumped out of bed and flung on his bathrobe, stuffing his wand into his pocket. As an afterthought, he added the utensils he had absentmindedly taken from dinner. Since he was no good at spell work, he reasoned, two sharp forks would be just as effective as a jinx, if he met any Deatheaters.

He, Peter, Violet and the two bedraggled Slytherins darted into the room of requirement, slamming the door shut after them.

“Okay,” said a yellow-haired Violet, peering into the gloom. “Anyone know where we are?”

Alex looked around. They were in a long, drafty corridor, with lanterns hung at intervals on the walls. Alex didn’t know why, but it felt as if they were suddenly underground. He could practically feel the tons of unbroken stone around him. Part of him wondered; “How does that work? We were just in the middle of the school, and now we’re in a tunnel that looks as if it goes on for miles.”

He shrugged. “Tunnel,” was all he said, fiddling with the forks in his hand. He was rather disappointed that he hadn’t been able to use them. The Slytherin boy, who Alex suddenly remembered as Kale, rolled his eyes.

“No kidding,” was all he said. His sister sniggered, but glanced around the tunnel as well.

“Where do you think it leads?” Peter asked. The Slytherin girl, Jane, drew herself up.

“There’s only one way to find out,” She said. She had taken only a few steps when the door flew open again. There was some cursing and general confusion, but, in the end, two groups of students stood facing each other, wands out, or, in the case of Alex, forks out. The group that just entered looked windswept and out of breath, as if they had run down several staircases. Alex recognized two Ravenclaws and two Gryffindors. He lowered his forks. They weren’t Deatheaters, and he knew he’d seen them around before. Yes, that was the fifth-year Gryffindor, Tristin Matthis, and the Ravenclaw boy was called Bradly MacArthur, as Alex recalled. One girl was definitely a Lovegood. The blond hair and vacant expression were dead giveaways. Alex knew the other girl from his classes. Her name was Amber, and he avoided working with the rather irritable girl whenever he could.

One of the boys, Tristin, lowered his wand.

“I see you found a way out already.” He said. Kale nodded.

“Yes. Is that everyone, then?”

“Unfortunately. Everyone else was either gone or in such a deep trance we couldn’t wake them in time. We ran into these two,” he said, gesturing at the Ravenclaws, “on the eighth floor. We almost met the Deatheaters, but we avoided them. How about you lot?” It was Peter who answered.

“Pretty much the same thing happened to us,” he said, but Alex wasn’t paying attention. He was counting the students. There were nine of them, but none, apart from himself, were Hufflepuffs. That worried him slightly. Where could his classmates have gone?

“We were just about to start down the tunnel when you showed up,” he vaguely heard Jane say.

Alex shivered, drawing his bathrobe around him more tightly. Except for Peter, who had never been to bed, they were all in their night clothes. He wished he had thought of changing, but there had been no time...

Alex suddenly saw, looking as if they had always been there, small bundles lined up along one wall. He wandered over and picked one up.

“What’s that?” asked the Lovegood girl, Harriet, peering over his shoulder. Alex jumped. He hadn’t heard her come up. He shrugged, unfolding the package. He blinked as a shoe fell out of the wrapping.

“Um,” he said, turning to the others. They glanced at him, some looking annoyed, others mildly curious.

“What’s that?” Violet asked, her hair purple with curiosity and pent up excitement.

“It’s, um… outdoor clothing.” There was a small pause. “It is the room of requirement, after all.” He smiled a little worryingly. “Anyone feel like hiking?”

Spoiler
Sorry it's so long. :xd: But I got everyone together and into the room. (everyone with a profile, that is.) Onwards and Upwards!

Tristin~~

I looked at the eight or nine students gathered in the small room and hopelessness welled up inside me.

"You guys go", I said, drawing my wand again, "I'm going back. I'll see if I can find anyone else, and see what happened to the professors and the Headmaster."

"But there are Death Eaters, or something else, out there right now. Why else do you think the Headmaster sent us here?"

"I can handle myself. Get out of the castle and wait for me somewhere near by."

I ran out of the room without waiting for a response and turned down the corridor to the Main Hall. Paintings were ripped off the walls, and the remains of statues lay scattered about the floor, but the halls were completely empty otherwise. Flashes of light came from outside, but whether from Death Eater or Professor I couldn't tell.

How had they gotten everyone out so quickly?

I gripped my wand tighter as I ran down the last set of stairs and then down the hallway to the great double doors. I peaked in and saw two robed figures talking quietly in the middle of the room, unaware that I was watching them. I slipped into the room, ducking behind a table, and their words jumped out at me, "...Be done by morning."

"Good, make sure none of the teachers are killed. We still need someone to teach this retched place."

"When will the students be back?"

"When the clean up is done, or whenever he wants them back."

I readied my wand to attack, but two more figures walked in and I slid under the table I was hiding behind. The two men were wearing black robes that hung to the floor and had a silver mask on, one was imprinted with a grinning skull, and the other with a screaming face. Death Eaters.

The two new men walked up to the other three and spoke quietly, too low for me to hear and then they left. The breath I didn't know I had been holding slid out. I could maybe take two, If I caught them unawares, but there was no way one student could take on five fully trained Death Eaters.

I ran out of the Great Hall and back towards the staircase, hoping the other students were safe, but realizing that there was nothing I could do for them.
