Life
Life is a musical part without end
The violin’s wailing notes as a baby arrives
The deep booming of the bass drum as the first steps arrive
The flute’s happy solo turns up as a child plays in the garden
Then the slightly darker notes of a cello signal adolescence is here
The music fades ever so little as you hear a oboe playing behind the cello
Its solo is happy then sad, then happy again, could it be love?
Yes, It is love, and soon the oboist joins the trumpet for a wedding fanfare.
The violin then joins again and starts the sequence at the beginning

Hello, Rhia here to review on this lovely review day.

I will start with my nitpicks and suggestions:
The violin’s wailing notes as a baby arrives
The deep booming of the bass drum as the first steps arrive

You use arrive twice, and I really think it takes away from the poetic and artistic value. Maybe the first steps could land, or the baby could appear? Whatever you choose, I'd advise switching one of the words to a synonym for arrives, it will make it much more interesting and nice to read.

The flute’s happy solo turns up as a child plays in the garden
I think this should be "The flute’s happy solo turns up as *the* child plays in the garden", because it otherwise feels like you're talking about one person throughout the entirety of their life, then this "a" is more ambiguous and vague.

The music fades ever so little as you hear a oboe playing behind the cello
I think that saying that the music fades "ever so slightly" would flow better and be more grammatically correct than fading ever so little.

Its solo is happy then sad, then happy again, could it be love?

should be "Its solo is happy, then sad, then happy again". Also, I would advise splitting this into two separate sentences, so it looks like this.
Its solo is happy, then sad, then happy again. Could it be love?
It makes it seem much more dramatic, important, emphasized, and built up.

My last thought is that you started a lot of these with "The". To make it more appealing, you might want to vary the opening a little bit more.

Other than that, it is a very interesting view on life that was very nice to read. I really like how much thought was put into what instrument signifies which stage of life, so really good job on that.

HELLO , SMILE IS HERE FOR A REVIEW

so starting with an overall look , i say that it's a very good poem sweet and enjoyable.
i liked the whole idea and the poem is full of vivid imagery .
let me begin with the positives
the idea of this poem , i mean life as some instruments ...that's brilliant .
as i said before the imagery is so attractive and great :
"The violin’s wailing notes as a baby arrives"
"Yes, It is love, and soon the oboist joins the trumpet for a wedding fanfare"
now for the negatives
i agree with tiny about the punctuation , you just punctuate the last lines ...try to punctuate the beginning as well.
this poem has a great idea which is a large one..i mean you can add some lines /descriptions that will give your poem richness and length .
in general that's very creative piece ....keep writing :)

Hey Tiny here!

Okay first off this was really cute and I was easily able to enjoy it. The only thing I noticed was how you started using punctuation near the end of your poem, and not the beginning. This throws off the style of poetry a bit so I suggest either taking out all the punctuation or putting more in. Also in the fourth line it goes.

The deep booming of the bass drum as the first s

This doesn't really make sense to me. What does the first s do? What is the first s? I am guessing this is either a typo or I'm just not very smart. Either way you might want to change it.

Overall it was beautiful and extremely creative.

Keep writing 8)

I realized that typo a minute ago. Sorry. It means steps. Thanks!

Hello, quick review coming up!
My.first thought about this poem was: Is there a meter/ does it have meter? I don't write poems often and am quite new to the techniques, however, I do believe that what makes some poems great is to have meter. I thought that ypu were taking that route with the first line. In my head, I felt some sort of rhythm coming put through that line and a cpuple.of other lines, like the last one.I don't know if this was your intention. If so, cool! You should try giving the rest of the poem rhythm like those lines so that the poem can be have a nore fluid feel to it. If not, perhaps you can consider using meter (yo me what that is some sort of beat to a poem through words. Like a song has tempo, and rhythm). I think if you did this, then it would not only read better but fit the content of the poem, you know, since you basically are comparing life to music.

That's all I got. And if you did use meter here thwn I am totally sorry that I missed it. Like I said before, I don't write poems and don't know too much about them, but I review them to the best of my ability!
Happy Writing!

Thank You!

You're welcome! :)
