You did me dirty and
I never want to see you again.
I can't get over the fact
That I loved you.
You left me for another man
When you had the one,
But I guess it wasn't real.
Every time I think of you,
All I see is rage inside
Cause of what you did.
I've been done dirty before,
But never like this.
I hope you're happy
Cause I am moving on.
You did me dirty Anjelica,
There's nothing you can do
To get me back.

This is good true confession of yourself. You've helped connect your personal experiences, and help the readers connect their experiences as well. This makes a very appealing "eye-candy" to readers.

Content wise, it seems you've done good justice in expressing your feelings and thoughts behind your personal event. Expressing the idea of "cheating" in love is a good subject, and it does well in appealing contemporary audiences.
Grammar and Spelling wise, everything seems intact. You may want to consider using changing the phrase "Cause" into 'Cause. This is so that grammar wise, what you want to say comes out clearly. Otherwise, no big issues.
Structure wise, I feel you could split the poem into separate stanzas. One stanza could focus on your take of the issue and how your girl left for someone else. The second stanza could be the after-math of the issue - starting from "Every time I think of you...".
Since your poem focuses on a particular personal event, you've made it very coherent for the readers to understand the situation in a crisp way. You've written the poem in such a way that people understand the past, present, and future of this event.
I don't seem to find much literary devices used in this poem. I only find terms such as "dirty" to discuss how this girl had cheated on you. In the future, I hope for you to incorporate literary devices to add more power and emphasis to your work.
My personal rating for this work is 3.3/5
Keep writing
thx and I try to keep it simple it's kinda hard for me to write with a bunch of literary devices do to I kinda never learned more than one or two and I've used them both in here I think
It's still a piece of good quality. Keep it up
Heya, Spartan!!

This is Eros here to review this beautiful piece of poetry!
The title of the poem attracted my eyes. The whole poem kept me reading continuously. I loved it.
The theme was unique. It had a lot of deep emotions behind it. You have described the felings of a person who has been betrayed or lied. Beautifully expressed.
I liked the flow of the poem. I felt like walking on the pathway of feelings through the poem. Wonderful!
I liked the choice of set of the words. I liked the poem overall. There is so serious flaw as such.
Keep writing...
Never cease...
Because we all love to keep reading such AWESOME works like this one!
Have a nice day/evening/night
I could feel the emotion behind the poem very well, but I think that a little more harmony between the stanzas will improve the poem further. For example, adding a smoother transition between "When you had the one" and "But I guess it wasn't real". (I hope that makes sense) Overall the poem was excellent, along with it's grammar and spelling, and I think that the more you write the better and better your pieces will become! Can't wait to read more of your works.
Hey Spartan118,
Myjaspercat here to give you a review
So I noticed that you were kind of new to the site (not to new but recently new) so I just wanted to say welcome to the site and I hope you get all the help and growth you need to become an even better writer and hopefully one day the best that you could be. Anyways, lets move onto the review why don't we.
Ok, so that was an intereting poem. First of all I kind of had a feeling that that was a sort of love poem (even if it's about a break up -it could still be considered a love poem). I like the fact that the whole intention of the poem wasn't quite clear but still clear. Anyways, I have a question for you... Have you ever heard of the acronym DIDLS? In case you haven't, it stands for: Diction, Images, Details, Language and Sentence structure. These are the few things that I want to touch up on with your poem (just so you know it is really great way to analyze a poem so you could learn more about it and so you could comprehend it better).
Diction: First off your diction is very concrete rather then abstract. In case you can't guess it, abstract diction is normally what you would want to look forward to in a poem (now I understand that concrete diction is sometimes better in a poem but since yours is so short, the more you can give your reader the better). The difference between the whole concrete and abstaract thing is between being able to preceive it with the five senses; tangible versus an idea or concept that exists only in one's mind; intangible. Your poem is concrete because it revolves around a feeling that many can understand and relate though you use more solid telling rather then using the different five senses that concrete diction normally follows. As well your diction is rather negative, which works considering the fact that this is a more negative poem. But your negative words aren't that mature sounding, if that makes sense. Now i'm not going to go into deep detail on the whole words thing cause I want to save that for Language but just know that words do affect the feeling and meaning of a poem.
Images: You don't really give your reader many images to work with in this piece. There isn't any vividness, nothing that truly appeals to the understanding of the five senses. You tell more show and sometimes that's not a good thing. Through out the piece I wanted to see your narrators rage. I wanted to see how Anjelica hurt him, rather the just hearing about it. Do you get what I mean?

Show your readers what your narrater is feeling. Let them put the pieces together them selves.
Details: Now I'm not going to say much on this subject since it kind of follows the whole image thing. Just know that the details are what you could slide on (showing wise) without taking from the piece, but that the details are also really important to tell a story.
Language: Like I said in diction, words are an important part to any piece of prose (obviously) but it's also important in the way that you deliver those words. This is very informal which is ok, but even in informal writing you still want to use stronger words. For example in line 9 you used the word 'rage'. Now your reader can totally get what you are saying through this line since feeling is merley give to your reader rather then expanded upon. The overall impression that your languge gives us (or at least gives me) is one of a weak narrator, you know, someone who needs to dwell deeper. It's to clear and simple. Now I'm not saying to look up a synonym for every 'simple' word but to dig into the library inside your head and find those hidden words that everyone has that can make a piece stronger.
Sentence structure: It's ok, for a poem
You're a writer (or I'm going to assume you are since you're here sharing your work and hopefully helping others) and a writer knows more then they think, and they see more then they tell. When you wrote this poem I can't believe that you felt so simple, so boring. Didnt you feel the rage? Weren't you the narrator as you put these words down? Show your readers that person, put your true feelings into the work, because I promise you that would make it a whole lot better. I myself am not the best writer either. I'm still learning, still in highschool, and still trying to get better. So please don't be offended by anything I have put in this review, because I'm not trying to sound conceited or anything. I want to share with you what I have learned and it may hurt to know that your poem isn't as great as you think it is, trust me I've been there, but it makes you stronger. YOUR POEM IS GOOD. There is a stong idea, a strong feeling that is felt it just needs more. Go back and read it, think about it and make it better. ANYWAYS I HOPE I HELPED. If you have any questions feel free to ask I'm always here to help. Good luck and continue writing ---Myjaspercat
Nope never heard it and if you would have read the description you would have known that did me dirty means lied or screwed over
Yes I did see the rage but I am a simple person and a lot of the details are very personal details so simplicity is very key here you must understand that
Ok I am on a tablet so that doesn't work for me like I don't have a shift button and my tablet doesn't have a key board attachment
I understand, you dont have to put in the personal details, even you created details that represented yours with out being to personal it would add a lot more to the poem.
I can't really think of any now that I have calmed down
the struggles of being a writer, when you want to truly write you have to write in the moment...
So true
