Lullaby

In Poems

Red fire, blue fire
Nations tumble
Tripping on the wire
Cities crumble
This, my lullaby

Earth shaking
Dragging down
My making
My crown
This glorious sound

Soldiers falling
After so long
The kings are crawling
Ring my bong
For this is my song

Lives are lost
But my war’s won
And no matter the cost
My reign has come
Your lullaby: Run

Red blood, blue ice
Worlds tumble
Tripping on the roll of my dice
Stars crumble
This is my very nice
Lullaby

Very good poem. It's true for most of the world too.
"Solders falling
After so long
The kings are crawling" these three lines are the best part (in my opinion). And I love how the poem just flows as I read on. Really nice job, this poem was nicely written. Keep on writing.

Oh my gosh this is a really nice poem, I love how every other line rhymed just because if I'm rhyming the whole stanza has to rhyme, nice job with this poem. Keep up the good work.

I like anchovies~ but nobody calls me that.
