In Song Folder

Do you even remember the place you came from
A day of youth only seen in photographs
I miss who we were way back who knows when
I keep trying to remember the way you laughed

Do you remember me
Can I remind you, can I remind you
Everything’s changed
Do you remember me
Everything’s changed
Have our memories gone, gone to waste
Do you remember that time…

I stand here and no one knows who I am
How can anybody get used to going far away
Do you ever think of me the way I think of you
Do you keep trying to remember the way I laughed

Do you remember me
Can I remind you, can I remind you
Everything’s changed
Do you remember me
Everything’s changed
Have our memories gone, gone to waste
Do you remember that time…

Sorry for taking up your time
Sorry for taking up your time
I’m so sorry, sorry
Do you remember the time
When your time was once mine

You don’t remember me
At all, at all, no-no-no-no
You don’t remember me
Everything’s changed

Everything, everything
You don’t remember me
Everything’s changed
Has our memories gone, gone to waste

You don’t remember me
At all, at all, no-no-no-no
You don’t remember me
Everything’s changed
You don’t remember me
At all, at all, no-no-no-no
You don’t remember me
Everything’s changed
Have our memories gone, gone to waste

The chorus feels very rushed, as I said. Maybe if you
change the spacing a little, it would work.

Other than that, good job on this. I'll give it a star.

Your lyrics have pain of something, showing that someone left you just for himself.

I like this line "Do you keep trying to remember the way I laughed." its showing how much you loved him.

Spoiler

From your lyrics everyone would remember their love of life.

Good piece of writing submit it somewhere.

Thank you

First of all its really sad and brought out real emotion in me so well done for that. I really, really liked it. From the moment i started reading i was hooked and just wanted to hear this person's story play out. I loved the repetition of "Do you remember me" and "Everything changed" that just added a lovely touch to the song. I also loved the last verse it acted like a conclusion and i admit made me feel like this . Anyway, it was brilliantly heartfelt and i felt so sorry for the character which i'm presuming was you. I totally understood the story and everything. I can't say anything bad about it- i couldn't even find any typos. Sorry i couldn't give any constructive criticism, just one question: Are you really a deaf writer? So in conclusion WELL DONE. I loved it :)

i think once every new ywser realizes they can manifest themselves into the quote gen by making a post about the quote gen, they make a very inconspicuous post about the quote gen, but deep in their hearts, they know they’ll see that post at the bottom of the page one day. (yeah, i see you mods. you brought this upon us)
