This was an expirement. This looks like it needs bunch of work. Not sure what I should do to make it better or more appealing. Helping me, it makes me understand what I can do to change it and I'd really like to get better at writing songs. please critique/review/rate? :)
(V1)The warmth outside bundles me up like a blanket and
Don't you feel like falling asleep under the stars?
Being with you we'll track them till they land.
We can sing ourselves to sleep right where we are.

(V2)World, of places we want to be!
I'll soak up my head with sweet-silent dreams.
Close your eyes dear and cling
To all your hopes through a telescope and be free.

(Chorus Main)Midnight Summer kiss I'll hold on
Till we miss the time to be gone
Somewhere else but I'd rather be here
Next to you 'cause this is the best feeling in the world

(V3)Your mind is set on destiny.
Cold chippers from my elbows to my knees.
Your heart beat is a constant wave into the sea.
Every time our eyes meet I forget to breathe.

(Bridge)Maybe it's you because my feet are swept
on a strong breeze that pulls me in .

[Chorus Main]

(End Verse)The warmth outside bundles me up like a blanket and
Don't you feel like falling asleep under the stars?
Being with you we'll track them till they land.
We can sing ourselves to sleep right where we are.

Hello

Well first off, this is not written in a song format. It doesn't look or read like a song. There's no break up between verses and there's no chorus. So it's not really a song. The imagery is good and kind of similar to Owl City but Owl City has choruses and verses. Try and break it up a bit.

I do like the imagery. Good job :)

This is my first time reviewing lyrics.
Your lyrics remind me of Switchfoot's song "Only Hope".
I would change

Every time our eyes meet I tend to forget to breathe

I would take out I tend to and say every time our eyes meet I forget to breathe.
I also might think about changing this line..
It feels like I still haven't missed it
I would take out I still.
I think it would make a nice song with someone on acoustic guitar.

Have a nice night Fiction
