Review Day!

E - Everyone

In Debut

Practice makes perfect, wise ones say.

I'll get to work, it's time to play.

I'll face my fears, chase them away;

I don't need them for Review Day!

I am aiming high, past the sky;

For more than just to satisfy.

I'll make everyone see just why,

The world and I'll see eye to eye.

And, on this time where posting's free,

And reviews come so easily,

I'll write about what gives me glee;

Show them what it's like to be me.

Hey! ajruby12 here to review!
I really liked this poem! It had a very light, easy mannaer about it and it was a nice break from the rather droll and depressing pieces I've seen recently.. Anyway, back to the point. The only chunk that just sounded a bit odd was "The world and I'll see eye.." I think changing it to "I" would be better, but it does depend on which tense you want to use. But good job on the poem and may the reviews be ever in your favor! :)

Knight Malachi here to review.
so this is obviously not a poem with a real deep meaning. But it was fun to read, easy to read, and if there are any technical errors I will leave them to Knight Dragon who always spots problems.
I like your rhyming, and the story is funny in a way.
Keep it up!

P.S. I'm pumped for Review Day!! Hope the blue team wins. what team are you on?

Thanks for the review! I tried to keep the rhymes as simple as possible to match the innocence and simplicity the poem is supposed to express.

P.S. As you can see, I'm pumped for Review Day as well! I'm on Team Red, so I suppose we're on opposite sides, unfortunately. May the best team win!
