Ode to Mothers

E - Everyone

In Poetry

Kiss the bruises

Wipe the tears

Sees through excuses

Soothes the fears

Answers the calls

Finds the missing

Catches the falls

Embarrassing with kisses

Making you better

Hug by gentle hug

You'll never forget her

And she'll endlessly bug

Moms are wonderful

Beautiful humans

To sleep you'll be lulled

By a wonderful woman

Hey !! Ejay here for a review !!
Your poem is really sweet and it has touched my heart quite deeply . The theme you chose to write about is simply amazing . And your title manages to carry the weight of your poem quite well by proving to be an apt title . Your rhyme scheme gets messed up at some places ... Otherwise , your poem was a sweet read !!
Cheers !!

Hey, CreativelyWritten! Artemis here... for another review! :)

Let's begin. So the rhyme scheme goes pretty smoothly until this section. "Missing" doesn't really rhyme with "kisses." I'm going for the "kissing," but I'll leave you to figure out how that works.

"Finds the missing

Catches the falls

Embarrassing with kisses..."

I'm also kind of bugged by the lack of punctuation in this poem. Did you think the poem would be better without any commas? It's mostly up to you, but at least put a period at the end after "woman." That's just kind of necessary to me.

Except for those nitpicks that's all I could find. The message is really very sweet and I totally agree! :) This is actually really good and I hope you keep posting wonderful work like this.

Keep writing!

Oww.... this is so sweet. so heart touching. You have done a nice job, though there are few corrections to be made like.. "catches the falls "......"hug by gentle hug"

This poem is very well written, and I love the message it conveys. It made me feel really warm and loved.

In terms of grammar and structure, the first two lines are a bit inconsistent with the rest.
I think, in my opinion, that it should be kisses instead of kiss and wipes instead of wipe since you start the next couple lines with soothes, answers, finds, etc.

Overall, I loved this poem! Great job!
