Bound to You

Psyche

How blessed I am to have you by my side.
I have found my refuge, my sanctuary,
from the chaos of the world outside.

With every breath, my love for you soars higher,
a love so divine, beyond any earthly affection,
my one, true, and real desire.

to be entwined with you is to be eternally free,
they carry me to realms I have never seen before,
I know you would never abandon me.

As days turn to nights and seasons go,
you undeniably set my soul ablaze,
did you know?

Did you know that we are eternal?
I can see our love even in the darkest skies,
my love for you is infinitely nocturnal.

Eros, I am bound to you, by rope and string,
our limbs are sewed together with pricision,
I am in love with you, my beautiful king.

Dismember Me

Rated 18+ for dark themes

Feed me a spoonful of fear.
Shove it in my mouth,
make me swallow it with no water,
watch as my throat clenches and twists,
at the bitter taste.

Lace panic into my blood.
Allow the needle to pierce my skin,
and hold my hand as I crack,
each barrier I built will come crashing down.

Pull my teeth out with tweezers.
Watch with a smile as blood fills my mouth,
and laugh at me as I lose all control of my tongue,
cradle me until I can't feel it anymore.

Abuse my brain.
Tell me the prettiest lies I've ever heard,
cover my eyes with your rotting hand,
so that all I see is darkness.

Exploit my greed.
Take away everything I own,
leave me with only my body and a fork,
so you can eat the remainder of what's left.

Invalidate my emotions.
Tell me I'm wrong, tell me I'm dreaming,
shake my body until I wake up,
from this everlasting nightmare that is you.

Threaten my sanity.
Lock my heart in a cage and throw away the key,
shove your fist into my mouth until I choke,
and shave my head until I'm bald.

But even if you,
feed me a spoonful of fear,
lace panic into my blood,
pull my teeth out with tweezers,
abuse my brain,
exploit my greed,
invalidate my emotions,
and threaten my sanity,
I still don't think anything could be more terrifying than you,
and I still don't think I could panic more than I already have.

Astroprojecting

Morpheus

i can feel him touch my mind as i sleep,
his hands are soft enough to where,
it feels like cotton brushing against my,
cerebral cortex.

im almost certain that i see him,
in silken dreads and golden robes,
standing there,
just standing there.

so i stare back.
and when i do, i can feel his breath on my neck,
haunting me,
taunting me.

and it feels like i can't open my eyes,
they're glued shut,
and my toes tingle as i astroproject,
into a different world.

but then just as the plane lands,
i can no longer see him,
and now i can feel my toes,
so i wiggle them just to be sure.

and soon enough, my eyes open,
but for some reason im disappointed,
because why do i feel like,
i hadn't even gotten to the good part yet?

Destruction

Perses

Destruction.
Eternity, crushed into shards of,
stardust.
Loaded with tar, and rock, and dirt.
Unhinged terror.

I Made You

I'm sorry I can't give you everything you want,
but I try my hardest.
And I have to keep reminding myself that you are me,
a copy and paste template that god gave me for you,
I filled in your characteristics,
coded your eye color,
mutated your tissues to bone,
I made you.

So why I do I feel like you're not mine at all?
I disassociate sometimes,
and allow my emotions to talk for me,
and I can't put the blame on you,
because I created you.

And now there's another one of you in me,
and I'm doing the same thing,
she eats at my stomach tissue,
relies on me for strength,
and if I'm not healthy, neither is she.

Do you understand how much pressure that is?
it's almost as bad as being pulled,
deep under a whirlpool until I completely,
suffocate.
But I have to stay strong for her,
and you.

And while I continue to be strong for you both,
nothing seems to be enough.
Because you still cry,
she still makes me sick,
and he still thinks I'm overreacting.

But he doesn't know that it takes a village,
it takes more than one set of hands to raise you,
and that's not a bad thing,
because like I said, you're just like me.

I shrug off the pain,
throw away the tissues,
and suck it up,
because what kind of mother would I be,
if I didn't?

in the chamber of my soul, anger rises,
slowly leaking into my right atrium,
sheathed by loads of sorrow and urgency.

the sadness seeps into my right ventricle,
strung between hatred and anxious cries,
a call for help, but nobody hears.

outside of my tricuspid valve, my barriers fail,
and my blood slowly stops pumping,
until I am nothing but a pool of crimson youth.

my left ventricle, once strong and bold,
is now a cavity for the void to live,
and she pulls at my chest desperately.

in my left atrium hope tries to arise,
but it's halted by my uncondoned worries,
a tragic end to a beautiful love story.

but there's something stunning about the way,
she flows through my arteries and into my,
murmuring heart.

with each beat, I can feel her touch,
caressing my mitral valve until,
I die of a heart attack.
