Ronan
"Ronan, I can't...Breathe," Kei gasps in his sleep.
I tilt his neck back to allow air into his lungs but it doesn't seem to be working. Worried, I try and wake him again, shielding his airways from the gas with my jacket.
"I-I gotta get him out of here," I say, glancing at Gemini.
I stand and carry him out of the tent until I feel his body relax and limp in my arms. I stop then and drop where I stand, setting a hand on the side of his face.
"Kei? Kei, it's okay now. Just take deep breaths," I tell him, "Deep breaths. Open your eyes for me, Kei."
