The animals have all met up, me and chup posted profiles for two humans in the dt, link is somewhere in here. Bailey, my human and hunter, chups human, stumbled upon jake , who was on his way to warn the felines of the thumbs traps, he took them back to the group. They decided to take the thumbs along with them, baily just stepped into a bear trap, saving jake, hunter got her out. Now they are froliking in the stream.

ALIRI

I sighed and flopped onto my belly, exhausted. I was getting really sick of all the noise. I needed my beautiful, wonderful silence. "Could you please keep it down?" I hissed, closing my eyes.

Jake chuckled. "Don't be such a downer Aliri."

I opened one eye. That dog was much too cheerful for me. "Hush boy," I grumbled, closing my eye again. This was absolutely insane. Why didn't I just leave? Because you need to keep an eye on the Thumbs. No, I needed to sleep. Then again, if the two younger thumbs went back and alerted their elders, we'd be in heaps of trouble. Looks like I would be forced to stay here for now. "Please, shut up!" I moaned at one last attempt for peace and quiet.

I curled into a ball and fell asleep planning on sleeping for hopefully a few minutes.

Rook~

Rook gazed at all his friends in the small clearing, and then, out of the corner of his eye, saw Grace sneaking towards Aliri, sopping wet. He heard Jake snort a laugh and Grace smile sloppily, water soaking her pelt and dripping to the dry ground. Creeping towards Aliri, Grace sunk to the ground, getting closer until finally... she pounced before Aliri and shook her pelt out head to tail.

Aliri screeched and bolted from her comfortable spot, hissing out profanities as she quickly clawed up a tree. Grace giggled softly and rolled her big brown eyes. "L-listen here pup! I outta claw your eyes out for that!" Aliri snarled, glaring. Grace just laughed some more.

"I'm sure you would, kitty cat." Grace grinned, remembering the nickname all the male leapords called Aliri. The she-cat stood in the tree and hissed, Rook sighing and grimicing when the hissing continued.

I bared my teeth, readying myself for a pounce. I had been hospitable, if a little bit cranky, but I hadn't clawed anybody to shreds yet. The least they could do was give me a little peace and quiet. And then there was the nick-name... I loathed nothing more than being called kitty-cat.

Grace was still snickering. She underestimated me greatly by the looks of things. I let out a snarl before jumping at Grace, claws extended. She yelped as my claws dug into her pelt. "Do not..." I didn't even finish my sentence.

There was commotion around me, the others were all yelling at me to get off. Ha. As if.

Raven
I woke up pissed as hell because the yelling had woken me up. I marched over to Aliri and grabbed her gently by the scruff of the neck and lifted her off of Grace. I turned to Grace and growled baring my teeth at her. "Leave Aliri alone or she will be the least of your worries." I hissed snapping my teeth in her face. She nodded terrified.

**Wow guys haha(: Maybe y'all should read the profile personallities and skills before you all think Grace would be terrorfied of a cat. Also, I doubt Raven could just lift Aliri up by her scruff, considering leapards and panthers are about the same size, anatomically speaking.**

Grace!

Grace snarled lowly, her ears pinned back. Rook's growl could be heard from across the clearing and Grace took that as a warning. God, cats and their attitudes! "Prissy kitties don't like to play?" She questioned with a snarl before snorting and padding over to Rook's side, the two big cats growling behind her. The huge russet wolf shook his head slowly. "It was a joke Rook, shut up." Grace snarled. "I'm going to hunt," she snapped, ears pinned still before disappearing into the forest.

{{heheh... I was hoping for a little more a fight, too xD Ah well}}

ALIRI

Prissy kitty my foot. I laid back down in the grass and glared at the rest of the group. "Do not try anything funny on me again," I growled before closing my eyes. I swear I would gorge out the eyeballs of the next animal or Thumb to get anywhere near me.

"Calm down Aliri," somebody muttered, though I wasn't sure who it was.

"I most certainly will not," I hissed. I chose to ignore any and all comments after that.

Rook~

Rook sighed. Great, now he had a bunch of attitude-ish females on his hand both felines and canines, along with two thumbs. Just how he wanted to spend his day! With a growl, he told Aliri to calm down, but she snarled a reply, and Rook simply rolled his eyes. Standing to his huge feet, his threw his body onto a large rock in the middle of the clearing, the sun beating upon his back. He turned his nose skyward, scenting for any other thumbs. Nothing.

Comforted by this fact, Rook slowly padded in a circle, and then laid down, basking in the warm sun rays.

JAKE

They were all having fun, at least while they weren't arguing. But i sat watch, because the male tried to drag the female away while we were distracted. The female didn't seem to want to go. What was wrong with her? We were a bunch of wild animals who could kill them if we needed to, yet she wants to sit here and observe us! Oh well, it's her funeral. SHUT UP! I hissed at myself mentally. The thumb just saved you from a serious injury and suffering, the least you could do is stop wanting to kill them. Maybe the male... he did point that really sharp thing at me.

BAILEY

I hoped they trusted us a little more. Because i didn't want to die, if i wanted to die... i would have stayed at base camp. At least hunter would be safe. Jake sat there, staring at me like i was crazy... or maybe he was judging hunter's next move. Hunter tried to sneak off with me, and Jake caught us. Not so smart hunter. We were stuck with the animals for a while. I didn't mind, i found them interesting. Something unusual that i didn't know about.

Raven
I curled back into a ball after apologizing several times to Alliri. I basked in the warmth of the suns rays enjoying the gentle warmth that played over my fur. I closed my eyes and growled gently out of sheer happiness Thumbs as much as I hated them didn't really matter right now. I was being a little selfish but I was tired as hell from not sleeping so I think I deserved to be a little lazy. The reason I hadn't been sleeping was that I had gone looking for Thumb traps and on doing so had gotten caught more then once and it hurt like hell.

I opened one eye, just to be sure there were no more surprise attacks being plotted. Rook and Raven were both sleeping peacefully. I envied them. I just couldn't sleep. I was too busy shivering despite the sun's warmth, which meant I probably caught a chill which meant I was probably sick. Great.

I sneezed loudly and got up, shivering. Well, wasn't this wonderful? Stuck with two thumbs, a bunch of loud and irritating animals and now I was catching something. Well, nobody needed to see me sick. Being sick meant being weak, and weak was something that I didn't do well.

I stretched, sneezed again and started to slink away from the group. They could probably handle two still-maturing Thumbs on their own. Right?

Rook~

Rook's ear went from laying against his skull lazily, to pricking straight up in the air. He could here Aliri's pawsteps growing faint. He smoothly stood to his feet, russet pelt shimmering, and padded after the she-leapard, his bright golden eyes blinking in the hot sun. He followed Aliri a few hundred feet, silently, and sighed softly. "Aliri," he breathed, the leapard stopping abruptly. She looked back at him, eyes wide. She was probably wondering how in the world the once-sleeping wolf had heard her sneak away.

"Yes Rook," Aliri asked, calmly despite her obvious irritation.

Sitting down, his tail thumping the ground lazily, Rook cocked his head to the side. "Just where are you going?" He smiled sweetly, trying his hardest to stay on the she-cat's good side.

I sneezed again and stared at Rook for a moment. Where was I going? He was smiling sweetly, there was no need to be mean... but I was in a bad mood... Be nice. I warned myself. I really didn't need any more enemies, and the poor mutt hadn't done anything. "I'm not quite so sure actually. Somewhere that's not there," I replied quietly before sneezing yet again.

Rook cocked his head to the side. "You look...cold."

"I am, thanks to Grace." I turned my head, staring into the distance. There had to be somewhere out there I could sleep peacefully. "Well, I'm going to keep going. Feel free to tag along. Just don't tick me off." I turned back and winked.

BAILEY

It hurt to move, it hurt to breath even. I would do it all again though, humans were stupid, setting traps for the animals, this wasn't some sort of savage planet. They were actually intelligent creatures. Who knows, maybe hundreds of years in the future they might grown thumbs of their own. I looked over to jake, who was staring at me intently.

JAKE

I shook my head when she noticed i was staring. I looked up at everyone.
"We should get a move on... it's not safe out here with thumb warriors walking around." They all whined but got out of the water, hey... where did rook and aliri go? I shook my head. It didn't matter, they were free animals and could come and go as they wished. I could handle a couple of thumbs. Bailey stood slowly, not putting any pressure on her ankle. She was leaning against the boy for support. I sighed and plodded up to her.
"Get on my back." She gave me a strange look.
"What?"
"I said get on my back, we'll move faster that way." She looked skeptical, but got on. The male helped her. She wasn't all that heavy... but i was a big dog. I smirked up at the boy. "You walk."
