Yay! I don't have to leave anymore! So at least I can stay caught up. Would anyone mind if I created another baddie to cause some trouble with the others? The character I have in mind has some tie ins with my other one, Altu. It is quite a cool idea Pwetty please? Can I? *puppy eyes*
Altu
Altu stood by the fire as the shapes off the dragons dissapeared into the clouds.
"I should go," he said, taking a step forward, inticed by the opportunity to get into a fight.
"Wait, Altu!" Pippa said to him, putting her hand on his shoulder. He looked down at April, who had gone pale white in worry for Ra.
"What if they need my help?" he said, turning to her.
Lane fluttered off his shoulder, and hovered in front of his face. "We need you here, incase that bad necromancer comes back for us. Please stay." He winced at the sight of her adorable puppy dog eyes.
"Not the eyes!" he groaned, as she grinned in response. "Okay, I'll stay and keep an eye out for trouble."
They all nodded, feeling happier that another would be there incase of an attack. Altu turned to April, who was rocking baby Fawkes in her arms.
"April?" he said quietly to her, and her empty looking eyes looked up at his orange ones.
"Don't worry about Ra. He's very strong, and can look after himself." She nodded and looked down again at the baby phoenix.
He blinked as he remembered something. "I never did thank you and Ra for helping me when the demon trapped me in that spell. I, uh..." He broke off with a frown. He wasn't good at this.
"Thanks. At least I know there's someone here other than Lane who has got my back."
April shot him a small smile and another nod. He wasn't sure whether to keep her company or leave her to herself. He decided to scout the camp area, and look for any signs of disturbance.
"I'll check on her later," he murmered to himself under his breath. He trotted the perimeter of the camp, scanning the area. He almost roared when he saw another creature enter the camp, but it was only Ironclaw. He looked as twitchy as ever; that was the norm these days.
"Uh, hello Altu."
Altu nodded at him curtly, a suspicious thought in his head. He swept it away quickly, Ironclaw was probably just hunting. Yes, he could smell forest creatures off the griffin.
"Mind if I join you?"
"Fine," was Altu's response as he continued his scout around the area.
"So, I overheard you talking with the fairy. Half basilisk, huh?"
Altu didn't like this question. He frowned and didn't make eye contact with Ironclaw.
Ironclaw bravely pressed on with his questioning, "It must be interesting to have the powers a basilisk has."
"Interesting," Altu echoed vaguely, all intrest lost in the conversation.
"But also a downfall to gain their weaknesses, right?"
Altu's head snapped to the right, his cold stare making Ironclaw flinch slightly.
"Like, for example, when a cockrel crows?"
"Why do you care, Ironclaw?" he spat fiercely. He beat he wings at him angrily.
"But-"
"Get lost!"
Ironclaw seemed to get the message as he left Altu on his own again.
Why was Ironclaw even interested in that? How did he guess about his weakness? That meer crowing was enough to leave him writhing in pain...
He hoped that Ra would return soon. He needed to take the matter up with him.
“Poetry is old, ancient, goes back far. It is among the oldest of living things. So old it is that no man knows how and why the first poems came.”
The group seemed to be at each others throats while the others were off fighting Pravus. He sighed, pacing around the cave a little. All this, everything happened so fast. The necromancer, their flight, the disappearance of a guy he'd seen helping the witch for a brief instant. He still wasn't exactly sure what to make of everything.
He glanced across at the werewolf girl who'd talked to him earlier. At least she seemed sane, one of the few who'd accepted that a human could be something other than evil. And wasn't that ironic? He'd just come from a world where everything was the other way around, where magical creatures were the enemy, haunting every turn with a promise of murder in their eyes, or so he'd been told. But what he'd seen here had changed that outlook completely. They were just as capable of showing 'human' emotions as he was, and far better than many humans he knew.
He sat down beside the werewolf - Pippa, she'd introduced herself as - and decided to talk to her, "How much do you understand of what's going on?" Lame, he knew, but he had no idea what else to say.
Traystal
The second time he'd been caught recently...he was letting his guard slip. What could it be? Curiosity over this whole affair? Surely not - he'd had plenty of time to get used to being dead, and a simple distraction such as the possibility of being killed and rising from the dead all over again surely wouldn't hinder his disguising. No, this one had to have some kind of extra sense, it was the only explanation Traystal would allow.
He looked over the boy who'd caught him, interested. Pointy ears...and his garb and weapons. He must be an elf.
Traystal smiled, "Well, at least you're no human. I find they're not exactly friendly of late."
"Who...and what are you?" The elf asked, still cautious. He kept his bow pointed at Traystal. As if that would do anything. The spirit thought.
"My name is Traystal, and I was a human." He shrugged, a sad smile crossing his face, "But they killed me." He seemed to perk up a little, "But what's your name, elf?"

*Just a note that the Blood Blade Scado has is not the real one. It has the same basic powers the the real Blood Blade has, but the real one is more powerful. We have to find the original. I think I forgot to mention, but Blood Blade is a Scimator. Google it if you don't know what it is, I can't describe it.*
-Scado-
Scado immediately shifed to Werewolf form and swung the Blood Blade at Pravius. She quickly dodged it and tapped him on the stomach. Scado bent forward and threw up.
"Don't mess with me, young pup," Pravius said. "I think I will take your sword now." She reached forward and yanked the Blood Blade out of Scado's hands. Slowly rust begind to cover the Blood Blade. Then she broke it over her knee. "Now, the Blood Blade is no more. I can't be stopped. It was nice to meet you again Ra, but I have some matters I need to take care of."
Pravius became engulfed in flames, and as the fire died down now she disappeared. A moan came from the mouth of the cave.
-Lethero-
Slowly Lethero returned to conciousness. He saw people standing around him: his grandson, Ajle, and others he didn't know. He coughed and tasted the blood in his mouth.
"Are you all right, grandfather?" Scado asked.
"I am fine," Lethero lied.
"No you are not," Ajle said. "Let me heal you."
"No!" Lethero yelled as loud as he could. "I have lived many years and I know I won't live many more." He coughed some more before continueing. "Besides, I would rather die in battle than old in and wrinkled in a bed."
"How are we supposed to beat Pravius," Scado said. "Pravius destroyed it."
"That was not the real Blood Blade," Lethero replied.
"Where is it then?"
"Look in my cellar, there is one barrel with a false top there."
"So you do know where it is." Ajle said. "You lied to me."
"No, I did not lie to you. I do not know where it is, but there is a map to its location passed down in our family." Lethero voice was becoming weaker. "No I must go. I will say hello to your mother and father for you, Scado." With a smile Lethero passed away slowly into eternity.

Fyra sighed and rubbed her wings together. She was worried about her friend. Why couldn't she have gone?
She sat and chewed on some berries thoughtfully. Lethero was getting old, these days. Who knew what risks he would have taken.
One of the others looked up, and Fyra turned. Scado and the rescue party were returning, faces grim.
Fyra stood up, sensing the worst.
"Where's Lethero?" Someone called, fyra was unsure who. She already knew the answer. Over Scado's back she could see he was carrying a form, and the body looked lifeless. Her wings drooped, and she turned away.
The others crowded around, asking the obvious. "Is he okay? Is he dead?" and the inevitable, "what do we do now?"
Fyra stood alone, unnoticed, her throat dry. A low keening came from her throat, as her grief welled up inside her. It grew higher in pitch and the werewolf winced, and higher still, sending the birds flying. Overcome with grief, Fyra threw her head back and screamed in a high trilling note.
It began to rain.
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.
I and Scado charged at the Pravius. She laughed a bit and flicked her hand I saw Scado flip backwards. I was a inch a way from her when she cirlcle round me and grabbed my neck. she through me a the side of the cave and their was sharp crack. It wasn't me though it was the slate of the cave on the side of the mountain. Scado flipped up to her and she conjured a sword. they though for a few second before Scado stabbed her with his blood blade. Pravius face conjested *I don't think tis word exsist but oh well it kind of works* in pain. After a few seconds something that she excpected to happen didn't. It smiled and knocked Scado away before taking out the sword. and crushing it easily.
"a fake" She laughed as Scado face grew in anger. I ran at her and she swiped the sword she had conjured at me but I bat it away and grabed her neck, I tried to twist it to braking point but it didn't budge. She smiled and evil smile and through me over onto the steep mountain side. The sharp pieces of slate crached into me and I despratley tried to grab one but they just roke after a few minutes I came to a stop on a hard surface a few feet away from me the dragon was lying on the floor unmoving.
"come on wake up" I said the dragon stayed still so I started running up the hill again.
On the top Ra was Fighting Pravius before I left Peace had he told me that Pravius was the only being Ra's magic didn't work on. Which explained why they were fighting hand to hand. Pravius knocked Ra aside and he made a large dent in the side of the cave. I saw Ra's face flash with fear as Shadows came up around Pravius. I jumped on her and she spun around in fury and through me off. As she ran at me I toor of an long spear of slate and stabbed it into her. She didn't stop she carried on walking through it I could tell it had gone in but she was barley wincingshe grabed the end and I was frozen with shock. She pulled it out and stabbed me through the heart, she pushed it in futher and futher and their was a crunch as it wheant through to the slate and still she pushed. Until I could feel her icy breath on my face.
"in my prime many of my followers would of given their life to be this close to me" She said and let out a small sharp laugh that sung my over sensative ears. My eyes flashed for just a second but Pravius saw it and instantly let go of the slate.
"Sempre?"*forever in italian* Pravius said. I pulled the slate out and chucked it aside.
"what are you on about you crazy old hag" I said I was surprised I was suppose to dead it had gone through my heart. It's eyes flashed with anger and sadness. Before she went back to her normal self even if her voice was tinged with anger.
"Peace did do it to you" Pravius said but before she could say anything else and Scado in werewolf form lunged at it and they went over the side.
Telyana landed gracefully on the ground in front of the group of Magical Creatures. "The rain was coming down heavily. She came in search for Lethero, but knew it was too late. Lethero lay on the ground, his hands resting on his chest. Scado stood in front of him. She had known him since he was a young pup.
"What happened?" she asked.
"Hello, Telyana," Scado said. "He was murdered."
"By whom?"
"Pravius."
"Well, Lethero was the best and only real friend I've had. I will follow you till I follow him to the other side, or I bring revenge for him."
"Thank you."
*I know this was sudden. But please accept her. She is a Legend too.*

Was this guy, thing, serious? Did it really jsut ask for my name? "I'm Rush and what do you mean they killed you? How is that possible?"
He sighed," I'm dead, a spirit. See,"He made like he was coming to hit me and I fire the arrow. It went right through him, he was fine. No wounds or anything.
"A true spirit." In the elven culture it was tradition to honor the dead spirits. I took to my knee and bowed my head. "I meant no disrespect. Please let me aid you on your journey, wondrous spirit."
He didn't look like a dead person but the slight green tint of his hair came across unearthly.
"I am the spirit, Traystal, and I don't need a traveling partner. I'm currently with a group anyway." He made to turn away.
"Wait! Please?"
*Sorry Bill, that's all I got right now. Somehow we got's to get to the group, right?*
If I can impact one person, just one, with my writing before I die, then I've lived a great life
Um, jok, if you would, read the above posts and you will see that before you posted, it is written that the others had already returned to the camp. The battle was already over. (if I'm not mistaken, if so, sorry)
Your post might be ignored... Maybe you should go fix it to make it fit in that case, but you don't have to be rude about it...
“Poetry is old, ancient, goes back far. It is among the oldest of living things. So old it is that no man knows how and why the first poems came.”
Scado walked back to village with the other Magical creatures. Hardly anything changed. Houses sat in a burned rubble and bodies scattered the ground. He arrived at his grandfather's house on the outside of town. Getting to the cellar would be problem because of the collapsed wood.
"Could you possibley do anything about this?" Scado asked.
"I don't know," she replied. "That's a lot of wood, but I'll try." Taking out her wand she said a few uncomprehensible words and some of the wood lifted into the air. Slowly it inched the side and collapsed to the ground with a loud thud.
"Thank you." Scado walked into what was left of the house and searched the ground for the trapdoor. He moved a rug and found a rung. Pulling it up he walked into the cold cellar.
Barrels of food, water, and wine lined the walls. Searching all these will take forever, Scado said to himself. As quickly as he could he started removing the lids of each barrel and seeing which one was thicked than the rest.
He removed the lid to the last food barrel there was and found that it was a good two inches thick. With a knife he found he pulled off the boards revealing a small piece of paper. On it said, "My the blade of the ancestors help those of the Fleet Foot Pack."

Don't ignore my post just cause it's a little flawed any way I can still include Leatheos post.
Adam/ Sempre
The dragon flew us back I didn't speak my thought were clouded. When we got back many people wen to Leathro to mourn peace even got up to go pay his respects. When hehot back I was waiting for him. He smiled.
"Are you okay I know she's an evil bitch right" he said and chuckled to himself.
"yeah that's what I though but then she told me something That intreasted me" I said and Peace smiled what I could tell was a fake smile.
"oh yeah what's that?" Peace said.
"what dose Sempre mean to you Peace" I said and Peaces face turned to sadness.
"I'm sorry Adam, It was for your own good, the whole of Sada's own good, when Pracius first came to Sada Ra manged to curse her, not destroy her bit subdue her, then from whatever world Pracius came from her lover Sempre came to find her nice really Semire pravius translated that means forever evil. Anyway I came to defend the curce and in the process cursed Semper I wiped his memory and made him be reborn." Peace finished and I became suddenly very angry.
"I swear it was just chance we met and I tracked with you be-" Peace was about to try and convince me but I inturupted him.
"Take the spell off me" I said Peace was about to argue but instead just started to cry he waven his hand in a circle and mummred a spell I felt black suddenly closing in and then for once an all Adam was gone. Leaving only Semper behind.
Sempre
I breathed in the cold night air my body felt weak and brittle, I guess it had been a while and my body was adjusting to the new concissnus that had control.
"peace peace peace" I said graving his head in my hand. He let out a long sob.
"is everything okay" Ra said on his way after Scado and April .
"yeah it just hit him hard" I lied so easily and Ra nodded before walking away.
"for the years of friendship and fatherly love you gave me I will not kill you" I whipered an kisse him on his forehead, the gash in Peaces stomach healed as he continued to cry.
"goodbye" I said and shadows engulfed me. When they let me up I was standing in a hall with very many young phonicses Korah stroad down the hall when he saw me he jolted and drew his sword.
"no need for that" I said and flicked my hand sending the sword bouncing onto the floor. He summoned the demon and it appeared in the hall as it was about to strike me It bowed and stood at my side.
"I think I have some explaining to do" I said smiling.
"Not much." Pippa replied as Lane flew over and sat on her shoulder curling up and falling asleep. "We just figured we could have an adventure, it's turned out to be more of an adventure then I expected."
"Eh, it's ok." Lane yawned. "So how long are we going to be here again, cause this is really taking a while."
April almost lept upon Ra when he came back, but she held herself back so the witch settled with smiling.
The group was now finally back together and April was most than happy but became dark when they went back to the blackened earth of the Village. At least the mutilated bodies were almost gone, the human's must have removed them in respect. She averted her eyes from the mutilated bodies.
"Could you possibly do anything about this?" Scado asked, motioning to the wood covering where Lethero's house once stood, that seemed so long ago.
"I don't know," she replied. "That's a lot of wood, but I'll try."
She waved her wand about mentioning words to a basic spell she had learned a while ago from the elves themselves and Scado quickly made his way down the cellar but April hovered above ground with Ra in silence.
"Don't look at it if it bothers you.." Ra said, hushed.
"It does but I can't get over the fact that something could do such a thing," April turned around to meet Ra, the sun was out and his skin seemed to glow.
"Here I think something can help," He came closer, "Just close your eyes.."
"Okay..." Well this was akward, She shut her eyes and a sudden burst of warmth burst over her body, she couldn't help but smile. The heat wrapped slowly around her body and she felt her skin seem to illuminate with it's embrace. The heat slowly pulled away but some was left behind, she opened her eyes slowly.
"What was that?" April was breathless as she looked towards the sun and then back at Ra.
The one who smiles the most has something to hide.
