Kyle~

Sabine did I ever tell you how my sister died. I asked her. we were still waiting for Drake to recover. Haily tried to convince Adriana that Drake was a lost cause, but she was determined.

Sabine shook her head.

"Project Titan was my fathers first project. It was when he first discovered that he could manipulate genes to create super soldiers. Project titan failed, the serum they used back then fuzzed the mind. It made them into monster uncaring and unfeeling. My father tweaked the serum, and created project Olympus. They were designed for the soul purpose of killing the titans." I faltered.

"Go on," Sabine said.

"They caught them, but my father wanted them alive so they were helled in containment. I did not know this and I was feeling bad about bringing you guys in. So I shut down the grid so you and the other Zodiacs could escape. In the process I released the titans. A fight ensued, and people were dying left and right. My sister used overload to blow up half the building killing the titans and herself in the process.

"For this reason when I decided to use overload I thought I would die. Do you want to know what my last thoughts were." I paused again. "I thought I never got to tell Sabine how I feel. At any time we could die, and I don't want to do that with regrets.

I leaned in to kiss her, but Drake interrupted.

"I think it's about time we go visit you're father Kyle. He's missed you so much."

Sabine~


"I think it's about time we go visit you're father Kyle. He's missed you so much." Drake said.

"Remind me again why we kept him alive?" I asked Kyle. "Besides Adrianna's irrational pleading?"

He only shrugged.

"Hmm. Poor Adrianna. She must be desperate to keep this idiot here." I mumbled.

"I was afraid that it might have been too late for you. I didn't know what you did and Pollux wouldn't tell me. I don't know why though, but the Earth kept you. I think I love you." With that I pulled him into an embrace.

*Can you say sappy? Oh well.*

Adrianna

Adrianna wandered back toward the Zodiac's makeshift camp under the oak tree. She stopped and listened.

"Remind me again why we kept him alive?" muttered someone, it sounded like Sabine. "Besides Adrianna's irrational pleading?"

Adrianna gritted her teeth. If only they knew how un-irrational she was.

There was a silence.

"Hmm. Poor Adrianna. She must be desperate to keep this idiot here."

Sabine didn't know her place. She had no right to make assumptions about Adrianna's feelings. However, Adrianna winced slightly as the truth of the statement struck her.

"I was afraid that it might have been too late for you. I didn't know what you did and Pollux wouldn't tell me. I don't know why though, but the Earth kept you. I think I love you."

Adrianna wrinkled her nose distastefully. There was far too much sap in that statement. Far too much to let go unrecognized. Adrianna stepped into the clearing.

"Must you be so sickening?" she sneered. Sabine jumped.

"Were you eavesdropping?" she demanded furiously. Adrianna raised an eyebrow delicately.

"You really should be more secretive. I was merely coming to check on Drake, and couldn't help but overhear you..."

Sabine scowled and muttered something along the lines of "Couldn't help but overhear you, my foot..."

Adrianna ignored her and knelt down to inspect Drake's leg. She frowned. It seemed nearly healed, the bandages were gone. Nothing but a long, gruesome scab remained.

"How did you - ?" Adrianna began. Drake shrugged.

"I wouldn't know, I woke up to it looking like this..."

Adrianna nodded thoughtfully, and sat down beside the boy. She glanced over her shoulder to Kyle and Sabine, the latter of which was still glaring darkly at her.

"Tell me about Teax," Adrianna muttered. "Everything you know about him. Don't leave anything out."

"And you trust me to be truthful?"

"I trust no one," said Adrianna coolly. "I learned that lesson long ago. But I expect anything and everything."

Drake~

"I smiled. "Teax is a paranoid man. For this reason the security at his main facility is tight. He has no feelings he doesn't even show emotion to his own children. He never leaves his office. He does all his manipulating over the telephone. I've personally never met him in person. Oh he imself was his first experiment. He was part of project titan. His code name is Kronos. He can slow down time, or stop it all together in a confined space. That's the bsaics on him. What else do you want to know," Drake asked.

Tony listened to everything that had been happening and had been watching from the side lines trying to piece everything together. He listened as Drake released what information and sighed, "I'm not cut out for this." Everyone looked at him and he walked into the middle of the group, "I'm not meant for all of this. I thought I was supposed to be doing good for this country, but it seems my only purpose was to destroy."

"So your leaving?" Asked Drake.

He looked around and noticed everyone else had the same question on their faces, "Yes, but I'm not running away. I'm going to head out and try to dig up what information I can about this whole operation and where we stand." He smiled to everyone, "Besides, If you do succeed, you'll need a start on a new life."

Tony went around and shook everyone's hand or gave them a quick hug. Shouldering a pack he smiled once more, "I'll keep in touch. I'll find you all again, or you'll find me. Stay alive until then." With that Tony left with thoughts of a new life and answers on his mind.

"I will stay alive ... I always wear a bullet-proof vest wherever I go ..." Drake muttered under his breath, as he saw Tony's faint silhouette slowly disappearing in the distance like the smoke of a cigarette fading as it rises higher into the air. "Bye ..."

Kyle~

Adrianna was still questioning Drake when we got into town to get supplies. We entered a store and began to place in the cart various items we would need.

"How are we going to pay for this," Haily asked.

"Let me handle it," Drake said. He stepped up to the counter. "We are going to take these products and walk out of here when we do you'll forget everything. The mans eyes glazed over and we walked out.

"That wasn't very nice," I said. "You no that dames the mind."

Drake shrugged.

We were walking back to the car that we stole when a fire ball hit the car, and it exploded. Sending us flying backwards. A piece of the car slammed into Will cracking open his skull. Screamed freeze, and the Zodiacs all became paralyzed unable to move."

Drake stood over Adrianna. "Thanks, you have potential. You tried to use me in order to figure things out. For that I respect you.

Melony two black vans wheeled in. Melony came out of the shadows. "Load them in," she called.

Agents came out and picked up the paralyzed Zodiacs.

Sedate them. I can't hold them at bay much longer." drake said.

The agents nodded and began to inject us with syringes. The world became blurry and then went black.

Hailey

I screamed and kicked at the agent who had me in his grasp. No, no, they couldn't take me back! Not without... Mike. It was a selfish thought and I regretted it straight away, was disgusted at the very realisation that my mind could be tainted with such a selfish idea. Fervently I wished him luck and freedom with my fading mind. I held onto that demand harder than any other and projected it through my mind, through my eyes, as if I thought I could somehow touch the world and inflict my own truth on its events: Mike will stay free. No matter what happens to me, Mike, Mikael, Ryan and Tony will all remain free.

Steadily I felt myself grasping around groggily for consciousness and I waited until my mind was clear and strong. I could hear voices. There were agents talking, congratulating each other on the capture and making idle observations of us, the zodiacs. I could feel restraints, ropes chaffing at my wrists and ankles and something in my very blood that made my pulse slow and caused my brain to skip beats. They'd drugged us.

"How long do you think before we catch them others?" one agent was asking. A female voice snorted.

"Who knows," the woman said.

"I do," I replied softly. I threw my eyes open triumphantly and would have punched the air in delight if my hands hadn't been tied. "You won't catch them," I said. "You won't catch them!" I laughed, my giggles bordering on hysterics but when I calmed myself enough to focus, they looked horrified. The truth could be a powerful weapon and for once I felt like it was on my side.

Mike~~

We were lucky. Was all i thought. We had just been walking into another store when we heard, and felt the fireball. We turned to see the fire breather there and agents rounding up the zodiacs. I looked and saw Hailey loaded in, i could hear her laugh from my spot. She sounded sort of...well mad to put it in one word. But courageous as well if i had to use two. I turned to the others and like they were reading my mind nodded. We slowly left the building then ran after the truck. We had to catch it, and save the others, even if they were dumb enough to fall into the snake boys trap.

Adrianna

Adrianna slowly opened her eyes. She glanced around, assessing the situation. They were caught. Drake had tricked the Zodiacs. Adrianna felt a small smile grow on her face. The more she knew him, the deeper her respect ran for him. Deep down, she had suspected something like this from him. She didn't particularly care; Teax wouldn't dare harm the Zodiacs yet. He needed them for his new experiment. He needed to figure out what went wrong with them. Adrianna could think of a few ideas, but she wouldn't share them.

Drake had said he respected her. And he was so powerful. Adrianna had never though about using her power the way he had at the store. Together, they had so much potential.

The vans bounced along. The town they got supplies in was a very rural area; the roads were not very smooth.

Adrianna faintly heard Hailey laughing wildly beside her. Adrianna rolled her eyes. Hailey needed to get a grip on herself. She was emotionally attached to too many people, and now she would suffer all the more because of it.

The woman agent turned to Adrianna as she saw Adrianna shift in her seat.

"You're awake, are you?" she sneered.

"Obviously..."

The woman picked her nails. "We've got to thank you. If it weren't for you, we wouldn't have captured you all to begin with..."

Adrianna smiled. She could see what the woman was trying to do; plant a seed of doubt in Adrianna's mind to weaken her morale. Adrianna laughed internally at this thought. Contrary the the woman's beliefs, Adrianna wanted to go with them. As far as Adrianna was concerned, she was catching a free ride to her parents and Teax.

"That's what I'm here for," replied Adrianna, looking the woman in the eye. Adrianna felt Hailey gaping at her.

Kyle~

I woke up and realized that we weren't in the van anymore. I sat up I was in a room alone chained to a wall. The door opened, and in walked my father.

"Hello son," He looked like an older version of me. Blond hair blue eyes, but I hoped my eyes didn't carry such malice. He straddled a chair in front of me.

"Just let them go dad, you already have the new serum. Why use them any longer."

"All, my projects have ben failures, the military is starting to pull funding. I need you and your friends to show the military that I'm a good investment so I can continue my research.

"Why should we help you,"

"It's called leverage son. For you I have Sabine in vise versa. For Haily I have Bettina vise versa, and Adrianna her parents. I could eliminate anyone of these people and that fear will make you act."

"Know wonder mom left." I said.

He punched me in the face then began to kick me in the ribs over and over again. Then he stepped on my chest pushing the air from my lungs. "Don't you ever mention your mother." He regained his composer and left me bruised and bloody. Maybe you friends will be more helpfull."

Mike~~

Me and the others hid in the bushes. We were right outside the complex now. The van had lead us right to it, and now we were planning and resting for the jail break. We had a plan and it was pretty easy to. Me and Mikael would go in and attack, then Ryan would sneak into the vents. Once that happened i would head for teax's office, which i had the location of by the vents. Then After that Mikael would stay for a bit beat off on a few more guards and head to the lab. There he would knock a few heads and find a formula or two they might need, and then break all the computers. Then he would find Ryan and the others, who hopefully would be with Ryan in the vents or halls. And they would run and get out. While i had a chat with Teax to distract him and get more guards away from the others. After that i would do a little trick i had recently learned with my powers to get out.

Hopefully that would work. I then hoped out of our hide out then to the perimeter. I waited there hidden then when the car came jumped under it and then was driven in. We had already made it through cargo check, so this was just extra defence, so i was okay now. then after that i waited for the others to do the same. We were now on the inside and only a step away from the complex's hallways.

This time though we did not bother to be sneaky. we walked right over to the side door and with a kick from each of us it fell and me and Mikael ran in Ryan hiding behind waiting to sneak in. In and instant the halls.Me and Mikael rushed the men then i saw Ryan had entered the vent. The Plan was starting, and hopefully going to work.
