Mikael

After a few days without anyone walkinh down my corrridor i had grown weak and my gift had receeded leaving me asleep in a closet in the middle of Teax compound. Oh and as my clothes didn't grow with my gift i was freezing my nuts off. Eventually i gathered enough to push open the door and half crawl out. A few moments later i was lifted bodily off the ground and carried into a hospital chamber. A few moiments later Teax voice filled the compound.

Dropping out, sorry.

Adrianna

Adrianna's mind was spinning. God, she hated people. They always clouded her otherwise clear mind. Adrianna glanced around the hallway she was walking down. The place was a trap. Adrianna knew it. But until Adrianna had word on her parents, she was going nowhere.

Adrianna passed an unremarkable, plain door. she froze as she heard voices inside.

"... I could understand, but Adrianna couldn't care less about your well being. In fact, I'm sure she herself would kill you if it would get her to see her parents," drawled a voice Adrianna knew only too well.

"Maybe, but I helped bring them in years ago, and I'll be damned if you manipulate them anymore," said another voice. The door opened quickly. Adrianna stepped back quickly to avoid being hit. Kyle stalked out of the room, slamming the door behind him moodily. With a shifty look towards the door, Adrianna quickly followed him, sticking to the shadows so as not to be noticed.

Adrianna didn't know why she was following Kyle. She knew she wanted to say something to him, but didn't know what. Teax had said Adrianna would be willing to kill for her parents. Perhaps a few weeks ago she would have, but now? Adrianna wasn't sure.

Adrianna had though more about her parents in the past week than she had ever since becoming a Zodiac. In the back of her head, Adrianna remembered her parents as they were. For the most part, they were normal parents to Adrianna. Perhaps that was what Adrianna missed most about them. The normalcy. With them, Adrianna was Adrianna Walker, their daughter. Without them, Adrianna was Adrianna Walker, daughter of the infamous spies.

Would normal parents want other children killed for their own rescue?

"No," whispered Adrianna, the terrible truth sinking in. She wasn't the person her parents raised her to be. She was only some half-baked imitation.

Suddenly, the hallway was filled with Teax's terrible, slimy voice.

"Mikael has been found. I repeat Mikael has been found. Search teams alpha through Hotel stand down."

Kyle jumped, and looked around. He spotted Adrianna skulking about ten feet behind him. Adrianna swallowed. Perhaps now was her chance to truly become her parent's daughter.

Hailey

No longer did any illusion of freedom remain; Hailey was a prisoner. She could walk through the hallwaysk, she could talk with the others, even the recent addition of the little boy but it was all for nothing. They were trapped. Before it had been bearable because it had been routine but after such a successful escape, the closest so far, it was all too much. There was something else as well.

The very fabric of Hailey's power seemed to be mutating or else giving up entirely. She could look at a person and instead of there being knowledge there, she saw pictures. She didn't know what they meant, couldn't work them out. And she could hear their voices stronger now. Sometimes when they were close to her, their truths were so loud that they suffocated her, choked her. Worse were the lies. Who would have thought that children her age could be hiding so much. She didn't want to know it, didn't want to see it in their faces every time she looked.

That was why Hailey no longer left her room. She was free to walk the halls and to talk to anyone at all but she didn't want to. Seeing a person's truth was invasive enough but seeing their secrets would destroy any tentative bonds of friendship. There was only one thing to do: she had to find a cure. There had to be a way to reverse the process and in finding it she'd most likely be alone.

Mikael

I woke up to find myself strapped to a bed being pumped full of drugs. "Ah, you are awaked" droned Teax "I had hoped speeding time around you would make you heal. At first your body just evolved to fight it but once we added these" he pointed at the tubes "It worked perfectly."
"What so now im supposed to owe you?" i spat sarcastically "I owe you nothing. You locked up me up and then gifted me with a faulty power." I spoke drowsily through the haze of my drugs.
"Faulty?" asked Teax suspiciously "What do you mean faulty?"
"What do i mean? I mean the rage, genius, the incosolable pit of fury that opens everytime i use my gift" i replied.
"Hmm" he looked briefly thoughtful "It seems your gift has evolved even your mind."
"WHAT?! This thing is messing with my mind?" i shouting sitting up
"Don't worry it's all part of the process. SOon you will be perfect. You will become the perfect predator at will and you ill be the perfect human being. That is when your not killing and eating people." He smirked at my reaction and headed for the door. "Your free to leave this room. You'll be staying in B32 with the others." I got up, collected my thoughts and left the room heading for my new room.
