-RAVEN-

{LATER}

Kelly ended up with a black eye, I had a broken tooth that sliced my tongue every ten seconds, and Mari magically only got a bruise on her shoulder.

And we were on a plane, again. At least this time we were going to New York. The methods of transportation were getting annoying. If we ever ended up in India, I was SO riding an elephant.

I saw Spencer sitting by the far wall, all alone, as the others watched a movie (I prefer horror over Louisiana Smith, and so didn’t join them). I got up and headed over.

“Are you okay?” I asked sitting down beside him.

"So...what's up guys?" I asked.

"Where's Raven?" I asked.

"With Spencer." said Kelly.

"Ooooo I see." I said.

Kelly through a glance at me, and then at Joseph.

I gave her a don't-you-dare- look.

Spencer

He tried hard to keep his bearings, thought he so badly wanted to push her away like she'd done to him. And he did it. "Nothing." He said, his voice had a slight icy tone to it. He looked coldly for one moment at Raven before getting up.

He walked towards where Cadence was, and sat beside her. She flinched, her eyes flipping open, and when she realized it was him, she stiffly turned her head towards the window, her nose in the air. Spencer grabbed her hand with both of his. "I'm sorry," He whispered, "really, I am. If I'd known what I had been doing to you..."

"Doing what? I'm perfectly fine!" Cadence snapped, her voice cracking like a whip. Spencer stammered, trying to calm her. "Cadence, please, d-don't."

He felt the inpact, squinting his eyes against the pain. He bit down on his lip as the pain moved through his face, soon diminishing to a hot burn. He felt the tears begin pouring over. He quickly wiped them away, looking into Cadence's dark eyes.

No longer did they reflect the bright green eyes that were almost like the reflection of lush-green grass, but now they were shadowed by a storm. Her eyebrows pointed downward, her voice commanding - no longer soft and peacful - and bruise-like bags beneath her eyes standing out on her now pale face.

She was sucking in shaky breaths, her fists balled, biting tightly down on her pink lower-lip. Her nostrils flared, her eyes glazed over, and tears began streaming down her face, too. Spencer felt more tears come.

He didn't care if the guys made fun of him for being so sensitive. But as he went to pull Cadence into a hug, she flinched away. Spencer felt as if his other cheek had been slapped. He looked back around at Raven, who looked to be in a daze.

And when looked up, it was as if a picture had been put in front of Raven's face. Cold. Spencer quickly looked away, so that she couldn't see his tears, but he no longer had anywhere to run ... no where to hide.

Spencer looked down, the tears trailing along his skin and dripping off his nose onto his jeans. What had he done?

And this is the part where even Spencer begins to question his existence! *Oh joy...*

Maribelle

On the plane once again, just peachy. I had barely made it through the last one, having easy motion sickness. I curled into a comfortable position against the wall, my eyes not being able to focus.

I squeezed them shut as I clenched my stomach and tried to make happy thoughts. It's so funny that the first thing to come into my head was Damien's face. That made me wonder, where he was. With a lot of effort i pushed myself up and examined the plane.

Keeping a hand on anything that was stable I walked around searching for him.

Lead them, lead them, lead them. I flinched as the words pierced my soul, where they had come from I didn't know. I ignored it, only wanting to find him.

Damien

Damien decided it was high time to interact. He got up stiffly, stretching hugely as he walked. "Oof--" He stopped, dazedly looking in front of him. There was Maribelle. She didn't look too good. "Y'all right?" Damien said, ruffling the back of his hair with a hand.

He realized he didn't have his hat on. Great... He mumbled, but before he went back to search for it, he offered Mari his hand. "Need help?" He said, pulling her to her feet. She looked slightly green. Damien raised an eyebrow. Fixing his disgruntled sleep hair would have to wait.

"One second," he popped into his room and produced some Gravol* and handed it to Mari. "This should help."

He said, and started back to his room.

Finally I had found him, and fortunately he had some medicine.

"Thank you!" I said as he walked away, getting a drink and popping the pill. I felt much better after it settled in my stomach, then i realized how bad i must have looked.

Damien seemed busy so I decided to go find someone else to bother. I wandered around the plane feeling a wholly lot better, but something was deep in the pit of my gut.

I was damaged from when those shadows had intruded my mind, they left their mark. They also attacked my brain, while i had my own thoughts in the background i could hear, lead them chanting yet again.

I heaved a long sigh a slid down the closest wall wrapping my arms around my knees.

You know how Damien is a medium? How about he can basically sense some thoughts in the mind (Don't know how to explain it) of those who have been touched my the shadow? Hopefully you'll get my next post...

Damien

Damien had no so much as found his cap when he heard this chanting inside his head. The voices were much too ... insistant, demanding ... raspy to be spirits. It occurred to him. Shadows.

But that wasn't what scared Damien the most. From the shadows he saw Mari. He hurried out and saw Mari, slumped against the wall, clutching her knees, her face blank.

Damien scurried to her, leaning almost protectively over her. "Mari, what's wrong?" He asked, resisting the urge to shake her out of her reverie. That was the worst thing to do.

I got up and sat next to Joseph.

"Hey." I said.

"Hi." he said.

"Umm..so sup?" I asked.

"Bored." he said.

"Same." I said.

"So...since you play football and stuff you must be on a team. Right?" I asked.

He looked at me, and I sensed guilt. Was he lying to be about something?

Maribelle

I looked solemnly to Damien, and shook my head.

"They've gotten to me somehow, i-in the attack they did something. You hear them don't you? It never ends." I said feeling like I was going insane. Tears streaked down my skin as I thought of what might become of me.

"What am I supposed to do Damien? They follow me, It feels like they are with me always. I-i don't want to hurt anybody..." I stammered my whole body trembling with fear.

I could hear Raven, it leveled up with the confusion i was feeling.

Raven. I don't hate you, you are my best friend here. Do you really think doing that is going to help anyone? If you go...I won't be able to make it. I'm bordering crazy Rae please don't leave. I sent t her along with the emotion i was feeling at the moment.

I glared at Spencer. Why the heck did he act like that? I knew how to sense hate directed at me; I had done so my entire life. Finally my being hideously weird was getting to me. They hated me. They all did. Even I hated me. I wanted to scream that it was the shadows fault that I was so mean, so dark, so... terrible. That was for sure. I was this hideous, mean, terrible monster. And I was losing my only friends because of it. I got up and left the room. Only wimps cry for no reason other than being beyond mean, I reminded myself. I guess the next best thing is to go sky diving with a broken parachute...

I went into the bathroom, sat down in a far corner under the sink, and bawled. I pulled out my pocket knife. It was time to end this mistake called me...

This is not her end! Big drama thing, someone comes barging in.

Ballow~~

After awhile I got bored and left my room, determined to make a friend with someone I went to Raven's room. I found the door locked so I went into slow time, and turned the knob, which broke because of how fast I was going. Walking into the room I heard crying, so I started to hurry up. When I got into the bathroom I was Raven crying by the gallon. And there was a knife in her hand, about to pierce her heart. So switching into slow time I ran forward, snatched the knife as it touched the skin, threw it away then carried Raven to the others, I had no idea what to do right now.

After we took care of Raven we put her to sleep so she could rest.
I sighed and sat down in my seat.
"Where are we right now?" I asked Ballow.
"Port Hree." he replied (yes I made up the name lame I know)
My eyes went wide as I looked at him.
"What?" he asked.
"N-Nothing. Are we going to land soon?" I asked.
"Yeah we should to take a break. Take a little nap at some hotel." he said.
About 20 minutes later we hit the ground.
Everyone gathered in a group.
"Now what?" mumbled Kelly.
"We rest." said Gary.
I looked at him.
"Pore Hree right?" I asked.
"Yeah?" he replied.
"I need to go somewhere. I'll meet you guys in about an hour and a half." I said.
And then before they could say another word I ran off in the opposite direction.
I remembered the house clearly.
When I got there I could feel mt hands shaking.
People told me he was dead.
But I needed to know for sure.
I knocked on the door, and an old man appeared, with a stuble of a hite beard, and blue eyes.
I looked at him and I felt a tear on my cheek.
"G-grandpa?" I whispered.
"J-Julie? Is that you?!" he excalimed.
"Y-Yes." I managed to choke out, then I gave him a big bear hug.
After our reunion he sat me down on a table, and handed me a muffin.
"Thanks." I said.
"Grandpa? I thought you were d-d-." I tried to say it but couldn't.
"Dead? No. I thought you were though." he said.
I nodded my head no.
"Where's grandma?" I asked.
He looked at me pain on his face.
"We were on vacation. The shadows...killed her." he said.
I looked at him shock on my face, then I began to bawl.
He engulfed me in a big hug.
"M-mom and dad. They also g-got killed." I said.
"I know." he said.
"I tried finding you. But couldn't. Relatives told me you died." he said.
"Then I found out they just lied to me, because they wanted your will. But it was too late you were already with a family." he said.
"T-they kept me away from you because of the money?!" I shouted.
"Yes dear. They did a cruel curel thing. I don't care about the money. I care about you." he said.
"I know." I said.
"Grandpa? I'm off with some friends to kill the shadows. I'll come back, so we can go home. Our home." I said.
"Be safe." he said.
I began to go out.
"Wait!" he said.
He handed me a photo of my family. Mom, dad, me, grandpa, and grandma. I looked at it my heat aching.
My whole family was destroyed because of the shadows. Ripped apart. I knew at that exact moment that I was going to destroy those shadows, that destoyed my family.
A tear fell from my eye onto the picture.
I quickly wiped it away.
Then giving my grandpa my number and a peck on the cheek I walked off to destroy the shadows.
My enemies.
