"There is a traitor in your midst." The mah-jong sticks kept reading. Melpomene sat outside thinking about her situation. Suddenly a young silvery blonde girl appeared. She was thin but well proportioned and her eyes were a swirl of green and blue. Melpomene was reminded of someone but she couldn't quite think of it. "Excuse me, I am lost and have traveled far. Might I not rest my head in your inn." She spoke with a refined air but was dressed in the garbs of a peasant. "Come in." Melpomene replied wistfully. The girl gracefully pirrouetted in.

Chase, Emily, and Ballow sat on the floor of the bedroom. Jake and Abi sat on the bed. Jake sat at the end of the bed listening to Chase and Emily. Abi listened too. Apparently Melpomene was going to make them train. Jake caressed his arm the white bandage flowered with blood.
"Jake quit messing with your arm, you're fine." Ellie scolded from the doorway.
"Hey, Ellie." Emily said inviting her back into the conversation, she had left earlier.
"Hey, Em," she said turning toward the bed."Hi Abi how's your side?" She moved to the side of the bed sitting beside Abi.
"Its a little better, I guess." Abi said, from her position on the bed Abi could see out into the hallway. As she watched she could see Melpomene walking down the hall, a blond girl at her side. "I wonder who that is?" She whispered.

"What?" Ellie asked.
"Nothing," Abi replied back. Emily was still sitting on the floor, her back leaning against the bed. Ballow stood in the corner and Ellie, Abi, and Jake were still sitting on the bed. Chase stood with his arms crossed, his back leaning against the wall.
"Well," Emily said, "we better enjoy our time while we still have it. We'll probably have to start training soon."
"Which is stupid," Chase said. Abi glared at him because of his rude attitude. "What? It is."

"No it's not." Abi said, looking at Chase. "I think we should go outside," She said looking back toward the door," to just relax."
"That would be nice," Emily agreed looking at Chase too, like he was the leader.
"Fine, let's go." Chase said, standing up walking to the door, turning back waiting for the others to follow.

Everyone stood up and followed him out the door. They walked quietly down the stairs and outside.
"There is a meadow behind the hotel," Ellie said certainly. "There are a lot of birds there."
They walked behind the building to a large open field. "It's nice," Emily said with a smile on her face. The first smile in a while.
All the others walked ahead to one of the trees to sit under, leaving Chase and Emily just standing there. "You feeling better?" Chase asked.
"A little bit. Not much."
"What? Did it hurt walking all the way out here?"
"Yeah," Emily admitted, biting her tongue.
"Then why did you walk out here then?"

Jake carefully set Abi on the ground. Her back against the trunk of a large oak tree. Her face looked pale surrounded by her black curls.
"Abi," Jake said studying her face," are you okay? You probably shouldn't have come out here."
"No, I'm fine. Really I wanted to come." She said looking up at him, her pale eyes looking into his.
Ellie's voice sang through the trees, Abi smiled and giggled as animals surrounded her. Chase and Emily watched too as they moved toward Abi and Jake, sitting down beside them. Chase looked concerned when he looked at Abi's ashen face. She looked as if the physical effort of walking outside had drained all of her strength. Ellie's song came to an end as she joined them.
"She's worse than I thought." She whispered.

"Both of them are," Chase whispered back to Ellie. None of the others were listening.
"What do you mean?" Ellie asked.
"Emily is hurt badly too. She walked all the way down here, even though she said she didn't feel better."

Side searing, Emily leaned up against a tree. She was tired of seeming like the weak and sensitive one. She leaned back, looking up at the blue sky.
It was exhausting just to walk a few steps, so she knew it was getting worse, rather than better. She decided to take just a short little cat nap under the comforting shadows of the maple.
She was just about to fall asleep when she saw the grim reaper like shadow floating toward them.
I came into this world wrinkled and ugly. And no matter how much I accumulate here, it's a short journey. I will go out of this world wrinkled and ugly. So I enjoy life.
John heard a scream outside. So a few seconds later the group had run inside Chase at lead carrying Emily. Ellis was behind him and Ballow followed "what the hell" John said standing up "why do you care now"
"god, I changed the way I look got my injuries gone it dosen't make me adiferant person".
Chase seamed to agree as did Ballow and Emily. Ellie however did not look convinced.
"So what happened?" Ballow asked, ignoring John now.
"One of those plague things," Ellie replied. "It was coming towards us. Emily saw it first. She was the one who screamed."

I was inside in our cozy little room when I heard the screams from outside. Rushing towards the sounds of the screams, I finally stopped at a tree where everyone was crowded around an oak tree. I spotted Emily sitting down under the tree and immediately thought the worst, but sighed in relief when I saw Chase talking to someone by her. If anything had happened her Chase would be by her side.
"What is it?" I asked Ballow.
"A grim reaper."

The plauge still wondered around in the meadow. Kate walked down the stairs closely followed by Melepone " no need to worry about the plauge it's under strict Oders not to attak us".
"Wait how do you know it won't hurt us" Kate said asking what everyone was thinking."Because if they wanted us dead they would of sent more than one plague the great power didn't become so powerful by underestimating people". John nodded it would be stupid to send one soilder to battle twelve. "night guys I'm going to go get a head start on washing your clothes" John heard a light chukle come from Chase he also thought he heard Ellie say crime and punishment before helping Abi up the stair for some rest. Abi started a convesation about monster but John couldn't be sure.
As John started to wash the groups clothes a silver haired girl walked in her features flawless in everyway. "So, why are you cleaning the kid clothes shouldn't they be cleaning your clothes" the girl stated. "no you'd think but no this," waving his hands at the washing "is a punishment"
"of cource, let me help you" she said sitting next to John. John frowened had he fallen asleep and was this a dream, he pinched himself to make sure it wasn't a dream it wasn't. They both worked through the night laughing joking and flick water at each other slowly they both fell asleep.
John dreamt of his farther but his dreams quickly turned to nightmares. John woke with a jolt all most waking Lis up he had using her shoulder as a pillow. Out the window John watched as one by one the kids tried to time travel.
"Urgh!" Abi exclaimed as she failed again. "Why can't I do this?"
"Calm down," Melpomene said. "It takes a while. Why don't you sit down for a minute."
Abi's face had gotten really pale again partially from the pain and the frustration.
Chase looked back at the hotel and saw John and a blonde girl through a window. They seemed to be laughing.

Chase and Abi were with Melpomene, still trying to get the hang of time traveling. Jake stood with Emily and Kate, waiting for his turn. He could see Melpomene talking to Chase as Abi sat down her face pale again.

Abi watched as Melpomene repeated her instructions to Chase. "Picture anyplace in the world, any at all and in doing so picture yourself there," She instructed, watching as his face bunched up in concentration. "If you do get there stay for twenty seconds, no more, and picture yourself back here." Chase concentrated harder, then opened his eyes letting out a groan of frustration when he found he was still in the same place.
" I can't do it." He whispered ashamed looking to Melpomene for help.
"No one, not even me, has ever time traveled on their first time, Chase. That doesn't mean you aren't capable of doing it. Just think about what I've told you while I go work with the others."

The blonde girl's name was Thalia. She remained mostly quiet but I knew she listened to us. She just watched us silently taking notes with her mind.
Thalia (who I will be playing. The traitors have sent another girl to lure John out and turn him against them. Thalia can help discover her.)
I watched them all. The seemed happy. God Damn them all. I buried my face in my hands. My silver hair fell over my face. How could they be so joyous while the world was falling apart.
