Fadalia glared at Kirany.
"Whey do you attack me?" She asked calmly, "Do you wish to be exiled from the pack?"
Her ears twitched as the warm smell of spilt blood pored paste her nose. She kept her gaze locked with Kirany's.
She was very shocked.
Why Kirany? Whey did you do this? She thought.

Destiny trotted up to Tallulah.

"What is it?" Tallulah asked kindly.

"Well," Destiny began as she shuffling her paws nervously, "a few weeks ago I found a small stream close to the camp and I tried to tell you about it a few days ago but you were busy with Tobi and Serra. So I wanted to tell you today. So I thought it would be easier to go there instead of all the way to the river" Tallulah listened without once looking away.

Kirany's ears twitched before she responded.
"No. I do not wish to be exiled. I...I..." She sighed and looked at her paws. "I wanted to be higher rank....I am sorry." Kirany said looking down. "I wanted to change the pack's ways."

Fadalia felt a snarl building in her throat she swallowed it back and said in a low husky voice, "Don't you ever do this to me again. First you don't think and then you give up." She rose to her paws and took a step forwards bringing her maw next to Kirany's ear, "Watch your back" she laughed before walking away.

Kirany stared at fadalia for a moment before walking into the forest. She was gone for a few hours before returning with a bird in her mouth, she took it to her den...then she felt like someone was watching her from inside.

Blood Mountain

The smaller wolf's eyes were full of excitement, and Tallulah thought about what she was telling her. A stream close to the camp would be very useful, for the pups and elders wouldn't have to travel all the way to the river for water every-day. It would also be useful in case of a siege.

"Can you show me where it is?"

The yearling nodded her head excitedly. She wagged her tail and trotted off in the opposite direction, and Tallulah followed her, if in a more stately way.

Destiny trotted through the trees leading Tallulah towards the stream. Maybe the others might actually trust me now! She thought excitedly. Finally they came upon the stream. It was only a few yards away from camp which was alot easier to go to than the river that was a mile away.

"Here it is!" She said as she pointed at it with her muzzle. Destiny watched curiously as her leader studied the stream.

Flame watched the Red Oak pack curiously, they were nervous around her because she was an outsider but, it really was interesting watching a pack of wolves together. She couldn't remember anything like this.

She glanced down at her leg, luckily she'd just twisted it really badly it would be back to normal in a few days.

Even though she was absorbed in watching the pack, she couldn't shake the wrongness she sensed from the forest.

<<Why wouldn't the pack trust you? And I had an idea.... I was thinking that the alpha male died and I hadn't let anyone step up yet, and no one has challenged me. (Not yet anyway). Maybe the old alpha male was from the red oak pack, which is why pretty much the whole pack is half & half.... I dunno...>>>

She could feel Destiny's eyes on her as she surveyed the stream. It would be very useful to the pack, though she could tell it would dry up at the peak of summer. The muddy bank was fairly steep, but she was pretty sure everyone would be able to drink from it.

"Thank you for telling me. Would you mind taking the message to the nurses and elders? Now they won't have to walk so far."

Destiny agreed and padded off. Tallulah stayed by the stream, lost in thought. The trees that lined the bank swayed lightly in the breeze, and automatically, she lifted her head to taste the wind. Suddenly a loud yip of pain sounded from back at the camp. It sounded like a pup! Tallulah leaped up and ran back.
