Description: High-energy. Sometimes impatient, also predjudiced against other wolves.
Attitude:Exuberant yet tame-able, if the alpha yells at him.

Lanis trotted out of a cave, looking for Kirany. When he caught her scent. he followed it to her and fadalia, but he stayed in the bushes and watched. Then he heard what was going on.
"I want to join you in the gathering." Kirany said. Landis walked out of the bushes and up to Kirany.
"Your not going, your injured, you wouldn't make it." He said to her.
"That is mine and Fadalia's choice, isn't it?" She said to him before looking back at Fadalia.

Tallulah
Blood Mountain

Tallulah raised her nose in one log howl, splitting the night air with it's sound. They werer almost to the meeting spot, and she could smell faint traces of ocean air on the breeze. The forest had already started to thin out, to be replaced by high grassees and rocky hills. Seabirds whirled overhead, and the rocky soil began to thin out as well.

Still the wolves continued. Other howls split the night as the other pack drew near. Then, suddenly, They were there. a huge rock stood up starkly in the night, and around it's base many wolves milled. Tallulah slowed her wolves with a flick of her tail, Stepping regally into the circle. Catching sight of the other alphas, Tallulah walked over, careful to show show respect but no submission.

Kirany & Lanis

Kirany stayed just to make Lanis feel better.

Lanis followed the other wolves to the gathering, he was near the front, but he was in the trees, about 20 feet away from the rest.

Talllulah
Blood mountain

Tallulah Jumped up on the huge rock first, stepping over to make room for Fadalia. She nodded her head to the other alpha, letting her go first in reporting the dongs of Red oak.

He watched as Fadalia jumped on the rock, with Tallulah. He heard the other wolves talk to each other. He shouldn't be there, he was not aloud. But he followed anyways.

As Fadalia raised her muzzle to speak, the clearing was instantly silent.

"Red oak pack is in good health. Prey is running well and our pups have all survived."

She went on to add minor details about the pack, such as pups weaned or warriors graduated. She didn't mention the new wolf though, staring up at the alphas from near the back. Tallulah had never seen the scrawny wolf before, but could tell by her scent that she was not of the two packs. Seeing that Fadalia was done, she stepped forward so the moonlight would fall on her broad head. Suddenly one of the Red Oak wolves started to cough and retch violently. Taking a deep breath and waiting for it to subside, She twitched her ears. But it did not subside. Choking and gasping for air, the wolf was now of its side, legs windmilling wildly. Fadalia jumped down towards it.

Lanis raced to the wolf and beat Fadalia there. He pushed on her chest, trying to make her cough whatever it was out. There was no a circle of wolves around the choking one, tallulah stayed on the rock.

Slowly the pedaling of the wolv'es legs ceased as Fadalia leaned over him. His breathing had eased, but he seemed to be unconscious. the other wolves circled around, staring at him.

"What caused this?" Lanis asked. Fadalia shook her head, and he heard muffled and quiet words from the other wolves.

This was too weird. It looked like the sweating sickness that wolves caught in the winter. But it was almost summer now, it was impossible. I shivered glancing up at the cold stars that hung so high above, what was happening?

Fadalia was back on the rcok now, talking quietly with Tallulah. The other wolves were whispering quietly, nervously discussing the unconscious wolf. A large empty ring had formed around him, as the wolves sensed there was something contagious. Finally Tallulah lifted her head.

"This gathering will have to continue next month. The wolves of the Red Oak pack need time to treat their sick and investigate the cause of the illness. I cannot risk my pack's safety, especially if this is contagious."

The last bit was directed at Fadalia, who nodded her head in a preoccupied fashion. The blood mountain wolves formed a group behind their leader, ready to set off.

Tobi looked once more at the clearing, and the unconscious wolf. The Red Oaks were preparing to drag him back, tentatively nosing his damp fur. suddenly something distracted Tobi. It was a strange smell, something her had never sniffed before. It seemed to be originating from the sick wolf. Unable to resist, he trotted over and sniffed the other wolve's fus. He sneezed. The smell was the smell of sickness, and now he could not get it out of his nose. Shaking his head back and forth, he ran to catch up with the Blood Mountain wolves, sneezing again.

He walked back from the gathering with the other wolves. Every now and then, he would peek at the sick wolf, but still keep his distance. He sighed and trotted towards the front of the wolves.
