Garret looked at Lindsay briefly, and froze. That was all the time Sedry needed. He dove at Garret, knocking him to the floor. But Garret seemed to expect it. just before he hit the ground, he lifted his knees up in front of him, letting Sedry land squarely on them. With a great push, he sent Sedry sprawling onto the ground.

Quickly pointing his wand at Lindsay, Garret yelled, "Incarcerous!"

Swirling ropes came out of nowhere and quickly binded Lindsay around her body tightly.

"It's time for revenge..." He breathed evily, lifting his wand to face Sedry.
"Crucio!"

Sedry let out a painful scream as it seared through his body.

"oops, sorry!" Garret said, the twisted grin still on his face. "Can't have you screaming. Langlock!"

Sedry's voice instantly cut off. Garret pointed it at Lindsay and silenced her as well.

"Back to business." he cackled. "crucio!"

he said it more fiercely this time, and Sedry could feel the tears stream down his cheeks as he wished to scream out. Lindsay struggled hopelessly with the ropes, have an equal amount of tears coming out of her eyes. They were both helpless to his wrath.

Calder came out of the dormitory, and then out of the common room. He decided on a weird route and went down to the slytherins common room. He felt sure that Sedry would already be there with Lindsay. As he was about to turn the last corner, he heard a little laugh, and someone saying one of the unforgivable curses. He looked around the corner, and almost yelled. It was Garret, he was back from the dead.'But how?' Thought Calder, 'Sedry told us that he killed him, and not even the most powerful wizard can come back from the dead.....unless Sedry didnt kill him!'

"Garret when are you going to give it a rest?" said Calder getting frustrated.

"Ahh, two for the price of one." Garret said, and right then, Alice came from the next corner, taking in the scene. She had to grasp her mouth before she screamed. She was lucky Garret hadnt seen her yet. Slowly and cautiosly, she picked up a statue from a near by wall.

"Incarcerous!" he yelled, and at that precise moment, Alice wacked him over the head with the small statue. He fell on the floor unconscious.

*Hey Connor, I think you got the names screwed up, Lindsay is kinda tied up, I'll wait until you fix that.*

***I really want to post, so for the storybooks sake, I'm gonna say that Connor meant to say Sara, my character. ok? Ok! =D***

"How the bloody hell did he get back?" Sara snapped, dropping the statue and running over to untie Lindsay. They all turned to Sedry...


***Dang, can't finish. Sorry...***

Adam had his wand back and Kate was kick out of the Hufflepuuf common room, still spouting nonsense. Silly girl...

"I thought she was one of those people you made friends with?" asked one of the other second year Hufflepuffs.

"I guess I was wrong to make friends with them," he slipped into his pajamas and went to sleep. All his memories of the day slipping away.

*How is she tied up, it said she watched as Garret put his wand to Sedry's throught, and it stopped.*

Kate

The hufflepuffs weren't exactly rough as they ushered me out of their common room but tears leaked down my face at the sheer frustration of the situation. I had to tell someone what was going on but the babbling potion was still in effect. Even so, I urried to the slytherin common room and raced upstairs only to find Sarabella and Lindsay absent from their beds. In order to prevent myself from waking the whole group of slytherins, I shoved my head against my pillow and stilled my speech.

It was a few hours later that Sarabella and Lindsay entered the dorm to find me sat upon my bed, hugging my knees and rocking back and forth. The potion had recently worn off but words still tumbled from my mouth.

"There's something not right with Adam. I should tell someone. I should tell someone. I should go back there and get his wand. I should find a teacher and tell someone. I should tell hagrid. I should charge in there... as a tiger! I could snatch his wand and tell someone..."

*look at my last post connor*

*Eep. Confusion...I'm gonna post and see if I can make any sense here.*

I looked at Garret, passed out on the floor. Sarabella had helped me and Sedry out a lot. Sara and Sedry were trying to see what they were gonna do, but I just couldn't look at them right now. I walked up to the girls dormitory and Sara followed. We saw Kate and she was freaking out.

"Kate, calm down. We need to do something, but once we do, you need to tell us what's going on ok?" She still said a ton of stuff that I didn't understand, but she understood. We walked back down and I pulled Sedry aside.

"You lied to me." I said

Jesse sat up in his bed to the sound of a snoring boy next to him. Dear God, he snores louder than anyone I know, Jesse thought. He got dressed and looked at the clock beside his bed. 5:30, Saturday. He didn't have any classes today and the school dance was tonight. He was going to go to Hogsmeade and buy something for a special someone that he had a crush on.

Kate

Alone on my bed, I finally managed to calm myself enough to realise what a wreck I was. Then I noticed that it was morning. Rubbing the tears from my eyes, I stumbled over to the wash stand and hurriedly scrubbed my face clean before pulling on my robes and heading down to the common room. I blinked once or twice as I noticed that Sedry was in the slytherin common room along with Sara and Lindsay. All three seemed to be talking at once but they stopped when I walked in and looked across.

"You might want to put the wand down Kate, we're not intruders," Sedry joked, earning him a glare from bot girls. I allowed my glance to flicker across the wand and then shook my head gently.

"We have to..." What had I been going to say?

"Have to what?" Lindsay prompted.

"...I'm not sure. Get ready to go to hogsmede I guess. And isn't it the dance tonight?"

*oh...well now i feel stupid......is that better?

Lindsay ignored Kate, and turned back to Sedry, a death glare in his eyes. "Why would you lie to me about this? You had promised me that you had killed him..."
Tears welled up in her eyes again. Sedry, stiff and bruised from the recent crucio attack, drew his wand. Standing up slowly, he began to walk out of the slytherin common room.
"I will rectify that now, Lindsay. Do not worry."
Sedry was about to put one of the greatest scars on gryffindor history. Raising his wand to Garret's unconcious face, before anyone could stop him, he muttered the words.
"Avada Cadavra!"

Alice skipped around the corner just in time to see a green light shoot out of Sedry's wand and into Garrets face. She skidded to a hault, the bottom dropping out of her stomache.

"I-thought you already di-did that," she muttered on the verge of tears. Garret deserved to die, but she didn't want to have to see it. She put a hand to the wall to steady herself. Black dots ebbed her vision for a moment before she was compleatly consumed by the black.

When she woke she was lying on a couch with Calder, if she didn't see anything else she would think that she was on the couch in the Gryffondor common room, but she knew instantly where she was, in the slytherin common room.

How'd she get here?

I smiled as I heard Sedry say those words and then I wanted to slap myself. Could I really have wanted a friend of mine to die? Why hadn't I talked to him? We could have came to an understanding. And Sedry. Oh boy. I forced him into killing someone! I mean, I ruined him, just because I was sick of seeing another guy's face. I watched as Alice woke up. She was asking why she was there and Calder was holding her and telling her what had happened. Kate was still going on about the dance. And Sedry was sitting in a chair in the corner, looking down at his feet. With out a word, I headed upstairs, but Alice saw me.

"Where you going, Linds?"

"You guys should go. Everyone will be getting up soon and they won't be too happy to see Gryfs in here." I said, my back facing them.

"Or to see Garret dead." Sara said. I had to fight back the tears and keep my voice still.

"Yeah. I'll see you guys later."

"You're coming to hogsmede right?" Calder asked.

"And the dance?" Kate chimed in.

"I-I don't know." I said and walked into the girl's dormitory.
