Find the Three Goslings and Clean the Green Room Challenge

Last year the citizens and knights of YWS (Young writer's society) were on a great mission to find the lost golden goose, an ancient bird that was last seen when the green room was cleared and all the works were reviewed. And we had a great triumph as we found the GOLDEN GOOSE in just 1 month! Summer review event 2023: Find the golden goose

Legends has it that the golden goose has always been clumsy and now she has lost her three goslings while on one of her casual morning walks with her kids in the green street.

Help the Golden Goose find her Missing Golden Goslings summer-long review event where one gosling would be found for every hundred reviews done.
Our site mission this Summer (starting June 1) is to help the mother golden goose to find her three golden goslings by cleaning up the Green Room by collectively doing 300 reviews before August 1

To Join this challenge and you must Join a Search team and review works in the Green Room that have 0 or 1 Review! Please remember writing spam-reviews, do not count towards this challenge and can result in points being deleted.

Search Teams

To find the three missing golden goslings we need to work as teams, they are very tiny-miny and are mischievous and give their mother goose very much trouble! To learn more about each gosling, make a post in the Join a Search Team Thread and you'll be assigned to a team.

Week One (June 1-7) Recap

HONK! HONK! HONK!
WE FOUND THE FIRST GOLDEN GOSLING! CONGRATS!

The green room is now under 200 works. We brought down a minimum of 100 works in just 1 week, that is some great work by both the team members! The tiny mischievous guy was found lurking in the corners of green room and after we found the little guy we handed him back to his mama golden goose.

Order of Team Trappers takes the lead this week with 95 reviews just in a week!
Order of Team Tricksies can still keep up they are on 77 reviews.

But I congratulate both the teams for their amazing work! All the reviewers who want to polish their reviewing skills, we look forward to the upcoming Reviewing 102 workshop which will be hosted by our lovely mods soon!

Week 3 Results...

Week Three (June 15-21) Recap
Tricksies: 215 | Trappers: 205 | Total: 420

Update on the golden goose family! THE SECOND GOSLING IS NOW HAPPILY HANDED TO HER MOTHER! CONGRATS!

And Team Tricksies now take the lead with 215 reviews!! And Team Trappers being just 10 reviews behind, they at now at 205 reviews. A total of 420 reviews!

This one was a clever one to find, but all of you did a wonderful job! The works in the green room are now under 100 works! We are now on our last quest to find the youngest golden gosling and clear the green room.

Great job everyone, all of your are awesome at reviewing!

Week Four and Five (June 22 - July 5) Recap
Tricksies: 296 | Trappers: 252 | Total: 548

Amidst all the events going on throughout the site, Roleplay Month and Camp NaNo, reviewers were still able to keep up with the reviewing. In these two weeks, Team Trappers wrote 47 reviews, and Team Tricksies wrote 81 reviews. The Tricksies stay in the lead with 296 reviews and the Trappers are 44 reviews behind.

But let's give a hand to all the people who completed the Team Tortoise race! 30 consecutive days of reviewing is one amazing feat, and we are amazed that YWS has so many awesome people!

At this moment, there are 19 works in the Green Room. We are so close to the finish and finding that last golden gosling and clearing the Green Room. We can do it! One last push to the finish line!
