LSS III Ship Log

Remember, this week's word count goal is 20,000 words. Next week will be a breather week with no word count goal, and the week after that (9/16 to 9/22) will be Tsunami. :O

Question! Since we're in the breather week, are we not allowed to write or post this week? Or, if we do post this week, will our posts not count for tsunami?

The storms have claimed one ship this past week, though they sailed long and valiantly. Hop on over to their OOC thread to wish them the best in their future adventures!

Now, it's down to the final three ships competing to be the Last Ship Sailing. This week is a breather week, meaning there is no word count goal! You may use this time to plan for Tsunami, which will start on 9/16/24 and end on 9/22/24. Word count during the week of Tsunami will determine the final placings of first/second/third place.

And to answer Snoink's questions-- writing and posting are definitely allowed this week! However, it will not count for Tsunami. ^^

This is just a quick reminder to everyone to claim badges in the badge claiming thread!! Everyone I tagged is eligible for either the Privateer badge (if you competed as a regular ship) or the Pirate badge (if you participated as a pirate ship). Furthermore, you may be eligible for other word count based badges, and badges for posting supportive comments on other ships' OOCs! And so the final week of LSS Round III has arrived... There is no word count goal this week! Instead, the ship that writes the most words this week will be given the title of Last Ship Sailing, and the ships that write the second and third-most amount of words will be second and third place, respectively.
