General Request Repository

Welcome to the General Request Repository This is the place to make general review requests, and also the place to which general request threads are banished. While requesting here means that you may get more than four reviews in one go, be warned: There is no guarantee that you will get reviews. As with all threads in WRFF, there are a few requirements to follow: For Requesters : Only one open request at a time. A request is considered open if it is the last post in the thread. In other words, do not double-post . If you would like to request reviews on a different work and your post is the last one in the thread, edit your post to update it . Remember to include a link to the work you want reviewed. If you make your work easy to get to, you're more likely to get reviews. Also, be sure to thank your reviewers for reviewing , even if you don't agree with what they said in their review. For Reviewers : Please Like the posts of any requests you fill . Good luck, and may the reviewers be kind to you.

Hi, I was really hoping someone could review my novel chapters. I completely rewrote my chapter 1 from scratch and haven't really gotten any feedback on it since I reposted it a couple of weeks ago. Any opinions on my chapter 2 would be greatly appreciated as well! Posting all chapters below for anyone who prefers background info before reviewing. Thanks!

I would love a review on my new poem "on waiting". It's more abstract than what I typically do, and a bit out of my comfort zone, so I'd really like to hear some feedback.

Hey there folks,

I've had this story building up in my head over the past years and decided to try my hand at putting it to paper.

Mind, I'm an absolute amateur as a writer and, as such, would really appreciate any feedback.

Here's the first draft of the prologue and first chapter.

This is a bit of a hybrid "semi-realistic" fantasy (oxymoron, I know...) set in our actual world but with your recommended dosage of magic, divinities, swordplay and whatnot. If it matters, the technological state of society would be the equivalent to where we were in around the 1500s.

Many thanks!
