Yes, @15253, we've noticed.

I didn't know there were three Reveal Glasses, so I suppose it doesn't really matter. Do whatever pleases you, just make sure to check with @Robusto first, since even I don't know everything he's planning.

@15253 We did mention several times that we had plans for future posts, though. Charizard, Astral, Robusto, Silver, me and Buggie did, as well. Twas mostly in the first DT though, but yeah. It's fun to plan ahead.
Making up stuff as it comes isn't bad at all, as long as it doesn't overlap someone's ideas.

Not to mention that only being spontaneous means you can never ensure a truly complicated plot, since not even you know where you are going, so there is no way the reader can.

I'm a perfectionist who likes to create plans for what I'm going to be doing at various points in the day (particularly when it comes to my schoolwork and how I'm going to work on each subject and finish it, as well as when I'm writing). I would drive myself crazy if I made up things as I went along. XD

Oh, and now that I think about it, I have an idea for something to write. Perhaps it may appear in the SB, but I can't say for sure. Hmm.....

@TheSilverFox, Oh, perfectionist factor. Right. In my case it's just 'cause I like creating plans. I'm not bad at it. Villains taught me it was fun/useful, and by god they were right.
Though, Silver, don't understimate the power of making up things as you go! Improvisation is really handy (or at least it is when I do drama, AKA every day of my life).
You have an idea? Shoot! Especially if you do consider makin' it appear in the SB :D

@Tortwag: Yeah, plans are fun, but I also agree with you about the power of improvisation. Although I'm a perfectionist (you should see how many times I review the same thing over and over when I preparing to submit an assignment for my teachers. XD), I only drive myself crazy when I don't have the general impression of what I'm attempting to do. If I have the general impression of what I'm writing and where it's going to go, I feel fine. When it comes to smaller plot events, I enjoy it when I come up with an idea at random and incorporate it, and making up plot events as I reach my eventual destination. Some of the things that I've most enjoyed writing involved improvisation.

Oh, and when I'm coming up with crazy story ideas with my brothers, I improvise a lot of the time. Sometimes it works well, and sometimes.....well, it ends terribly. XD

Yes, I have time to write today and tomorrow, so I can let this idea grow. Oh, finally, time for me to write something that is happy (if not a little crazy)! :D

@TheSilverFox Hum. That is yet another reason why your style is always so... Detailed. Well, except for the crazy story part, of course, lol.

Oh. 'Kay! Let's see if you'll actually make somethin' out of it. Welp, I finished watching a very inspiring/dark episode of Gensomaden Saiyuki ( the whole anime being based on the actual true story of an actual badass travelling monk who accomplished a badass journey from Far East China to West India, back and forth and ON FOOT, and was so amazing that he was an inspiration to "Journey to the West", a legendary Chinese novel. And one of the characters from that novel, Sun Wukong, was the inspiration for many others, including the very famous Son Goku. Yup. Culture ftw); so I'mma probably gona catch some hours of sleep now.
Good... Night? Day? Afternoon?
... GOOD TIMEZONE, EVERYONE.

on the contrary Astral, making something off of the top of your head is the best way to make an insane plot. Trust me, I've done it before XD

@15253, while I do know that spontanuity in writing is often refreshing and can be very successful, I sincerely doubt an impromptu plot you created will trump one into which considerable effort and planning has gone - even if your brother approves it, which, by the way, doesn't raise its quality in anyway. (Remember, you're brothers, so anything he says about your work is automatically disregarded.)

Show me a story that has a plot based entirely off on-the-spot-thinking, and I shall show you a story that beats it because it was planned. If I cannot, I shall retract my statement and admit defeat.

Go ahead. Prove me wrong.
