So, while Tort battles with Team Verity, I created a Monotype Steel team inspired by my brother. Here is the first battle I fought. It was unfortunate for the other player that he had an Ice team. ~ http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/monotype-259140996
After that battle, I had the misfortune of facing another Steel team. Needless to say, the battle took ages... My opponent eventually quit, since were already at Turn 59, but going nowhere slowly. His Ferrothorn was Ingrained, so I couldn't chase it away and he couldn't retreat. In the end, it ran out of Giga Drain and had to use Ingrain and Leech Seed the whole time. For those who don't know, Ingrain can have a maximum of 32 PP, Giga Drain has 16, Leech Seed has 16, and Substitute also has 16. -_-
