In Emotions

The blind can't see the darkness

The deaf can't hear the silence

And the ignorant can't feel the sorrow in me

Hello. How are you? If you're still you, of course. That doesn't make much sense though. Oh well. Though this has enough reviews, I want to review this. Just a peace of mind kind of thing. You know, when you cry your eyes out but realize they're still there, you try and cling onto that person. That's kind of what I'm doing. I'm just going to be reviewing the 3 lines for the concept, rather than the structure.

The blind can't see the darkness

The deaf can't hear the silence

And the ignorant can't feel the sorrow in me

As I read this, it physically hurt. Well, mentally hurt, but I like metaphors. Why did it hurt? This is just due to the fact that many people TRY to be there for you, but yet, you've pushed them all away. So I suppose I'm ignorant. But it still hurts. Basically, I kind of ask if maybe there was a more clarified version of the last line. Just so the reader gets peace of mind.

Anyways, this is just a peace of mind kind of thing. Hope to talk to you again, steward.

Sincerely,

Steward, take care of yourself. Don't hurt yourself. No one can understand you pain and your sorrow, but we all go through our own pain and our own sorrow, and we can relate.

We can cry with each other.
Laugh with each other.
Think and believe and hope with each other.
Not on our own.

So don't give up on yourself, or on the world. And I really hope you haven't already...

Thinking and praying for you.

Raw power. Inspired this:
Distrusted and disliked,
Downtrodden and distraught,
Trying to make a change,
It all amounts to naught,
No matter what I feel,
I tend to always fall,
And backwards I do reel,
Just fuck em, fuck em all.
I really liked that you appealed to everyones physical senses as well as their emotional ones, that's very admirable and not easy to do. Keep up the good work!

Hello!

BrilliantMustaches here for another review...

This poem is very short and simple, but it has a big message. I do not see anything wrong with it.I applaud you for writing a short poem but you can still feel the big emotion going through it. You did a wonderful job!

Bravo!

Keep up the great work!

I should infinitely prefer a book.
