Loneliness is an empty, aching feeling
The need for companionship,
The longing for conversation.
You know they aren't trying to ignore you
But they get so caught up in the things of this world.
They have no time to ponder the supernatural.
But the loneliness is also liberating,
It lifts you above the troubles of Man.
It cleanses your soul and brings peace
Loneliness is a terrible gift;
It condemns and accepts you.
A little of it is fine,
But too much can destroy you.

Hi! I really loved this poem. It really defines the pain of being alone, lonely. I like your dramatic style and your word choice. Th poem flows really well, and and you have a smooth way of incorporating emotion-invoking visuals into the reader. The whole this is really beautifully written!
I totally relate to this because it gives another view of loneliness. I don't really have any suggestions, so I'll just point out my favorite part.
But the loneliness is also liberating,/ It lifts you above the troubles of Man./ It cleanses your 'soul and brings peace"- This is a wonderful piece. You never really think of emotions this way, about what they do for you. Thought provoking.
Keep writing! I can't wait to read more of your work.
I can compare to this. I feel lonely allot. I love the ways and agree on how you describe loneliness. I find this to be amazing and I think its size is perfect. I don't have any nitpicks and I also hope to see more from you!

P.S: You have earned a follower
Thank you, I appreciate it.
This is beautiful! Reading this you can actually feel the loneliness engaging from the story. The first part is a attention grabber. It makes you want to keep reading. Even though this is kind of short it doesn't matter because it goes into so much depth about how that person feels.
When I read this, I imagine a girl with no friends but yet he/she sometimes likes being alone. I also imagine that he/she is too scared to express who they really are to other people and it is easier for them to be alone.
Because I read this, I actually want to read more of your work. Your work is so inspiring. Can't wait to continue to read your work. I am sure it is just as amazing as this was.
Keep up the good work.

I must say its a innovative work. It is really descriptive and it gives a clear view of the theme "loneliness".

Loneliness is an empty, aching feeling
Well, truly it is. The very first line is an attention grabber. It made me curious to read the entire work. It is easy to visualize the suffering of the person
But the loneliness is also liberating,
Diverting from the usual sadness, you have clearly revealed a realistic point that loneliness is definitely relaxing.
The format of the poem though is really simple, yet good. The uses of punctuation marks are fine. I also loved the usage of words in the poem.
Undoubtedly, I got refreshed up reading this.
Keep up the good work
New Year Wishes!
That's all from me,

Thanks. I hoped you enjoyed it.
Hello, here for a review ^_^
Keep writing!

This is a beautiful poem. I love the amazing descriptions that you place in to describe the burden of loneliness. You use lovely grammar and good placement of punctuation(apart from the fact that you capitalise the first word of every line-this is not needed). You really set the atmosphere within and create an enjoyable, yet reflective, experience for me as a reader.
Loneliness is an empty, aching feeling
This is a smooth, powerful beginning which draws the reader in. I can really picture the sadness that the speaker could be experiencing. It makes the reader question what must be happening to the speaker, could they be having a hard time? Are they in love but they don't realise? Or are their friends in love and spend more time with their loved ones than with the speaker?-leaving them in a lonely state of mind where they too need a loved one to cope?
By creating so many questions with just one line, you are setting the mind racing mood for the entire poem. This means that it makes the poem more interesting for the reader as they are on edge on wether or not they would find out what is happening.
The friend theory is then boosted for the reader when you say:
The need for companionship,
The longing for conversation.
You know they aren't trying to ignore you
By doing this, you are making the reader ponder on how long this could of been happening to the speaker. Some may even will be able to relate to these struggles they may have had in life. Thus making the poem extremely memorable for everyone.
However, this could be to do with something else completely different. This makes the reader create more and more theories as they search through the lines for clues.
I really like this poem
That's all from me,
Godly
Thank you. I'm glad you liked it.
