*Please note that this is NOT my actual suicide note, this is based off of the various notes I have written in my previous attempts, but I'm trying really hard to get better*

Thank you

I love you

Don't cry

My dear sister,

I'm sorry

I wasn't a better older sibling

You deserve more

Mom

I love you

I never hated you

I hated myself

Daddy

I know I yelled at you

I know I hit you

I'm sorry

My Love

You're the one person who understood me

Who cared about me

Don't try again

Please

I love you more than anyone else

That ever came into my life

You are an amazing person

And I love you

I love you so much

You were my first love

My first girlfriend

The first person that has made me truly smile

In years

You might be wondering why

Well I would have assumed it was obvious

You chose to ignore the signs

The scars

The fresh cuts

The blood on my sheets

I stopped taking those damn pills

You noticed

But you didn't do anything

I don't blame you

I'm insignificant

It's just a phase with my friends

Daddy, you don't support me

Mom, you don't trust me

Sister, you ignore me

but then again I've ignored you as well

Mom, Daddy, don't argue anymore

Not in front of her

She doesn't deserve that

I did

But she never does

Don't cry

I love you

Thank you

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL🥹 IM IN LOVE WITH IT! I WOULD MARRY IT! It's so amazingly written and spoken in my head! It gives so much emotion and realness feeling to it and is just wonderful! I can't help but to repeatedly read it over and over again I'M IN A PARADOX- Its so heavy feeling and describes many scenarios, but one specific heart wrenching one will always stand out! Anyways truly beautiful! Hope you get better and continue pushing on I believe in you! Sorry for saying beautiful like 500 gabillion times its just so OMG WOW!

aww thank you

okay! This is very beautiful and let me tell you why! (Also I hope you continue to keep pushing out of this hard phase of your life and I hope you know all of us in the YWS are cheering you on)

Anyways, one part I really loved was right here:

Daddy, you don't support me

Mom, you don't trust me

Sister, you ignore me

I love this part of the poem because it really summarizes all of the hurt you may have felt from your entire family in a beautiful and symbolic way. It sums up everything and leaves the reader with an understanding and open heart toward your past situation.

I stopped taking those damn pills

You noticed

But you didn't do anything

I don't blame you

I'm insignificant

I also love this part as it is quite relateable toward the readers. Everyone can feel insignificant sometimes and these lines perfectly lay that out. Having blame cast only at yourself is a difficulty no one deserves, yet a beautifully real concept. I wish you'd expanded on this idea of insignificance more if you're serious about perfecting this poem. I feel like there's so much more to discuss in this section of the poem so these beautiful words don't get mushed in with the rest. If you focus on each individual part, they won't get blended together into one poem, but rather different emotions coming together to make up one person.

I hope this review was helpful and that you are recovering.

Best regards!
-Jane Amelia
