I will throw this disclaimer before I critique this: I don't quite understand the use of arcane language in contemporary poetry. Although you do use it well, I wonder what reasons you have for writing something in an obsolete vernacular? I suppose it can be chalked up to preference, as the other comments express appreciation for the same thing that I'm critiquing. Two things: I kind of thought the use of the word "devoid" was a bit of a stretch, and that could maybe be rephrased. I also agree with Rainn, I think the second half of the third stanza could be rephrased. But that's really it. I did enjoy the poem, and I think it accomplishes what you want it to, but you have to develop a keen ear for phrases readers might find distracting. Well done!
Hey, Anwesha.
I will do my best to review your wonderful poem here, my dear.
For the first stanza, Is very well composed. I like how you added the "Pray".
On the second one, I like the way this whole thing rhymes. I think, personally, that it would flow better(in my mind) if you took out "Oh!". Other than that, you have a beautiful rhyming scheme.
As for the third, it is slightly confusing. For this one to make sense I had to read it a few times over. I like your usage of olden time words.
And now for the last one, Beautiful ending, sha! No comments for this one, but I like how you ended with a flicker of hope.
I look forward to reading more of your works!
~Rainn

I really really like this. Its written in a very flowing way and honestly, I felt like I was reading a professionals work with the language you used. It was filled with such interesting emotions, at least that's what I got at.
I don't really know what to critique honestly, because I thought it was very lovely and very very well written. I loved it all(: Hope to read more of your work!
