Racism is a belief that one race of people is superior to another. This is belief is not only irrational but it is impossible. It implies that there are separate races of people living on this planet and that is not true. We are all one race: Human.
A person may come from another part of the world and may even speak another language but that does not make them of another race. It simply means they are from another part of the world. People sitting around may be from Asia, Africa, Europe or anywhere else for that matter but they are as human as you are. If they get cut they bleed red and their body goes through the same biological processes you do. We all come from a sperm and egg.
It is true that everyone has different characteristics and their own individual thoughts but this does not create any superior race of people, nor does a person’s skin color. Below that skin is a heart that pumps blood to every part of their bodies. As does everyone else. Everyone has four nucleotides in their DNA that code for twenty amino acids that make proteins. No on has twenty-one amino acids or five nucleotides. And of the twenty amino acids, everyone has the same twenty.
Which makes me wonder why are there still people who believe they are superior to others. Why do people hate their human brothers and sisters? I can only come up with one logical reasoning for this belief: Stupidity. Of course, that is not a logical reason but it’s the best I could do with such a moronic philosophy.
Remember, we are a tiny speck on the universe and no one knows what is out there. If a powerful being or group of beings came to our tiny rock they would enslave us all equally, as a single Human race.

I'm going to address two general categories. First, grammar, punctuation, etc., then content.
About the title, I know Ofour corrected your spelling, but is it meant to accent that it is flawed? "Racism is Flawd" so that it is literally flawed? Maybe you could spell racism wrong instead, so that it would be referring to the concept and the spelling.
Eliminate "sitting around" and at the end "are."
This is interrogative. Add a colon after wonder and tack a question mark on the end.
Stupidity shouldn't be capitalized after the colon.

The first thing I want to mention is that this essay is more like a rant than an argument against a viewpoint. Don't get mad at them, just methodically and logically take apart their argument and slice 'em to pieces. Stay calm while you're taking them apart.
I think the main issue here is that you don't have a clear definition of "race." You need that in your introduction, perhaps.

Let me finally say that I am not racist, and I do agree with you. However, to professionally and appropriately support your point, you need evidence. Also, try not to insult your "opponent," since it makes you look bad. You can disagree with them, argue with them, show how dumb their argument is with legitimate evidence, just don't insult them. That would be the fallacy of ad hominem - to the man. You are attacking the person instead of the argument by calling them stupid, and therefore their argument is stupid. That's fallacious.

What you're saying is pretty obvious, although I agree entirely that many people are oblivious to their own ignorance - I think that's a better word for it. If I were you I would be careful about generalising things, there can be many factors involved in prejudice, many of which you may not know or understand. Even so, the gist of what you're trying to say is correct.
It is also beginning to work in the opposite direction, what is known as "positive discrimination". In this the minorities get far more benefits than the majority and live an easier life because everyone is afraid of being accused a racist.
